The staff are very friendly and nice sometimes very fast and sometimes very slow but overall I get along with all the workers good place to donate and save lives and very clean

Great service. I don't agree with the pay outs its to low especially when this is a multi billion dollar company the 1st 8 donations should be $250.00 and $150.00 on the regular since we are saving a life and putting ours at risk donating can lead to health problems and they don't pay enough

Last 3 times I’ve come I have left because they have no staff to keep up with donors coming in. I have now been sitting on this table for 35 mins and honestly ready to leave again! I will not be coming back after today!

Honestly need to get it together better because i guess they have a hard time finding my vains only 2 of them had no problem but the rest kinda have their heads in the clouds

This place is wonderful. Very nice staff, very clean. I don't have to wait very long. Location is close to home. Fair payout and they have a rewards program. I highly recommend octapharma plasma donation.

I like it for the most part. Staff is kind, helpful, knowledgeable. One member of staff though, did rupture my vain and caused severe bruising so I have avoided going back untill it healed. I will request a different person stick me from now on bc that ish hurt. Oh, and the enviornment? The people who donate plasma at this location? Most are quiet do what they need to and get out. Others, see it as a way to be loud, attention seeking degenerates who don't care for anyone else. Over all, it's okay. Could be better.

Staff is new and understaffed may not be able donate due to untrained stickers. Staff also very chatty will move at a leisure pace np matter the crowd. More seasoned experience employees would benefit this location alot.

If you ain't got the staff to handle the business you do have, stop processing new donors. Used to be a great place I mean don't get me wrong staff is awesome but the management stinks they break their own rules gave a lady who voluntarily disconnected herself early and she got full payment also have been witnessing some donors not wearing masks and no one's saying anything to them.the worst part is the waiting time is 2 hrs now. (thats with only 4 to 5 donors in line), what makes everything worst is the 4 to 5 new donors that get to line jump. I was there for 30 minutes today 12/3/20 at 415p to 445p and as I was the second from nearing the end of standing in line two new donors jump in front of me and another within 5 minutes not to mention the other new donor five minutes earlier, Also the new donor that was getting vein checked, which means he's nearing the end and will make number four, SMDH.before I even get screened or get to a bed. Octaplasma has got more donors then they can handle they are totally understaffed it doesn't help that they always have an empty Bay they screen more new donors than regular donors, also doesn't help the only have one person screening which takes anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes.this is the third time I had to leave cuz the wait was unbearable. All of management, needs to be fired.corporate needs to be notified of this problem. Next time I see this I'm taking photos. Pictures speak a thousand words.

Rude staff. They dont tell you anything about barely a bruise then threaten to defer you if you dont comply. Outrageous you should be ashamed of yourselves. Driving 30 mins away to this location to hear this. They care about themselves

The place is very nice and clean, i felt welcomed when i first started donating. But as more people "plasma HOP" (going to diffrent plasma centers to get the new donor bonuses) and find out about this place the busier it gets. For example if there are only three people ahead of you in line you can expect to be in the building two and a half hours or so when the last place I used to donate you would be in and out in 1 hour.
They are very under staffed at the moment but overall very clean.

I have been donating here for over 6 months now. By far the best plasma center in the Akron / Cleveland area. The building is the newest and cleanest. The staff are super friendly and very good at what they do. It is a great way to save lives and also earn some good money while doing it. They give away big prizes each month and always have lots of fun stuff going on. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a way to make ends meet and save some people in the process.

The place is very clean, neat, and well organized. The staff is caring and they do a very good job of going step by step process. I would highly recommend this place.

They are a great place to go. Its a little cold because it have to be but if you dress warmly its no problem. My experience i have been treated like family so it works for me.

Great way to be active in your community and get cash for helping peoples who need medicine this place is awsome as well as it is very clean and the employees are so polite
