They have always been very professional with me. Very helpful and attentive. Yes they talk and play a little but I have never seen it get out of hand. To each his own.

Place is very unprofessional.the front area is ok but the ladies who work in the back are very unprofessional.they talk about their personal lives (sexual, financial, everything) out loud where everyone can hear, they’re always joking around. I’ve been coming here for years they’re just unprofessional they get the job done but there’s a time and a place.very loud and unprofessional staff

Very unprofessional service. I was left waiting in the waiting area for over 35 mins and the place had over 10 open beds. It seems that all the staff go on break and leave the work to others

First visit took 3.5 hours but I was aware of wait time.at my second donation now. Girls work hard here and everyone is nice.

The employees are young and play to much and very unprofessional and the manager don't do nothing

Clean facility very friendly staff the wait is a little long but for the most part I enjoy coming here to donate plasma

There are rules and regulations created by their staff that they don't even follow I have never in my life seen so much wasted time by employees they are very inconsiderate of the time and effort that their customers apply very poorly managed and basically very lazy people do yourself a favor go to one of their competitors

This place is unprofessional, they cursed at each other & the big guy named Al say he hates his job all the time & sticks you painfully cause he's mad. Also they falsely advertised more donations lead to more pay incentives. $20.00 is all you will get, I've donated 15 times never saw more money all I got was $50.00 for first time & $20.00 all other donations.

Jade, Destiny J and Bri best crew together so far it’s is the fastest I’ve been screened and stuck since I’ve been coming here the last 2 years any other crew the line would have been backed up out the door with less people that’s are here right now I’m almost done donating right now and if it was any other crew I would just be getting stuck

Seems like the staff goes slow as possible on purpose to be obnoxious. U will spend 4+ hours here for $20. At least offer staff incentives to work more efficiently. Or start from scratch, the bad customer service isn't worth the Money

The new look will work great once they are properly staffed.overall the wait time is about anywhere from an hour and a half to 2hrs. The wait time could likely be decreased right now if the floor staff was able to multitask. Once they begin to laugh and joke they get very slow. Also by proper staffing!

Not enough help one vital checker I've been here since 3: 30 and its 4: 42 I'm still not even hooked up no sense of urgency customer service sucks dont waste your time go somewhere else

Very understaffed was waiting on the bed to be stuck for 2 hours they need to work on scheduling more workers

I waited at the front desk for over 45 minutes before anyone decided to come talk to me. The one woman didn’t like my documents so after going home three times (round trip over 30 miles EACH) to provide documentation they were happy with they said they were full and to come back later. Driving 15 miles to donate blood is crazy enough but to go back and forth three times is absolutely obscene. Maybe it was a race thing, or maybe they are just plain lazy.

I was in here for the first time 6/11, and my experience was just fine. I could since the some of the workers were getting tired of the redundancy of explaining everything. But everything went smooth for me. Although, now I know I should drink plenty of fluids and some protein to make things go quicker. But I'll definitely be back. Gotta love easy $$

Do not go to this place. Every time I went it was a bad experience. When I say poor and un educated staff. It's not a lie. This people do not know there jobs are computers. And they will argue with you at a drop of a dime.

They are the cleanest, fastest and knowledgeable place I’ve gone to. CSL blew my vein twice in a row, Biolige is stuck up and the pay is low to donate. This place has monthly insensitives to get more money and a drawing for prizes. My firs visit I got $75 and your first 5 you get $50 plus a bonus on the second donation of the week as well as a monthly bonus if you donate twice a week all month! THE BEST PLASMA DONATION CENTER

Omg! I was about to try and go to this place. But after reading the comments, I will not. I believe the comments about this location because I use to go to west 25th and they were the same way. What's even sadder is how the owners try to down play and minimize the issues. Really sad.
