There are a few nice people who work there.having said that.there are a couple of younger guys that should not be in customer service. Not friendly at all, and sorry I bothered you at your job. Clueless.

Alway pushy staff or just ignore you no in between.preson at counter could not evern turn head phones off to wait on me tried charging me double the amount over what there web sight said when i asked about the price difference she told me there charging the other now if want it done i had to pay the more.wasted trip again by this company if there going to tell you they have items in stock and then say they never carried it or the price doubles or triples after arriving.then they no longer need my bussiness.tierd wasting my time and gas going to them

The store manager is very friendly and professional. He assisted me with an online order very efficiently and helped load it into my car.

Printing Dept CSR was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I always get good customer service at this location. I received fast service & my product looked great.

Ordered 200 stamps online for a urgent project and went to pick up the order. They told me they’re out of stamps and tried to have me repay $110 for these ridiculous fat Santa stamps (it’s March and these letters are supposed to be professional and are going to our clients). I don’t carry my boss’ business card with me, hence why I ordered online an hour previously. The girl at the register was so lost, she was having trouble multiplying 10x20. The emailed receipt went to a random person’s email. Everyone in the store had to get involved in this stamp fiasco. I was there at the register for at least 20 minutes of my lunch break and left with no stamps because I gave up trying to deal with them.

Busy and I had to wait, but it's ok bc the staff was so nice. A cashier went out of her way to help me. She didn't have to do that.

I ordered a chaulk pen on line and was sent 3 packages. I called office they said bring in the 2 extras and they'd refund my money. When I got to the store they only wanted to pay for the pen NOT the shipping. Yesterday they sent me 3 boxes of chaulk which I refused to take. I've always had good experiences with you till this interest it cost me 51 dollars for 3 pens worth 12 dollars how would you feel you let me down.

Kept looking around to find can air. After about 15 minutes I was getting fed up looking for it. I was ready to walk out when I spotted a worker and asked where it was at. She proceeded to call another worker over to help me cause she had a customer she was already helping. The other employee showed me where it was and then walked away. I was very disappointed in the place. I only saw 3 workers in that big store. They need more help!

Went up and had some important papers faxed and come to find out it was the wrong number and he redid them and didnt charge me. Thats the way things should be done. It wasnt my fault i was giving the wrong number and it wasnt his fault either and he was nice enough not to make me pay i will definitely stop and shop here again.

If you want a visual example of why brick and mortar stores are dying, go to this Office Depot. I went in looking for a sata to usb adaptor. There was one employee on the floor "helping " another customer. Guy was looking for an external hdd backup. Three shelves full of boxes and not one item in stock. I watched that guy waste 20 min. Of his time. Then the employee walked away and never came back. The three young girls at the register were interested in nothing but discussing their social plans. Nobody cares to help or even make eye contact with me. I browsed for myself. Nothing in this store but isles and isles of ink carts and drones. So when you complain that nobody buys from stores anymore, and are wondering why, remember this review. You have to stock product in order for people to buy it. And it wouldn't hurt to greet your potential customers. I hope this store closes, it's that bad.

Great for picking up office supplies. Will occasionally have great deals on technical items. Good selection of paper. School supplies more expensive than the nearby supercenter.

Have to search out help otherwise no customer service. Once you find someone however they are knowledgeable.

1 copy machine out of ink.another machine was not able to change lightness/darkness configuration.neither could employees. 3 employees working in print area failed to assist me.after 25 min. Spoke to a Di shuffled store mfr who was not helpful. I am done with office depot.
