I purchased an item online that showed the locate store had 33 in stock. I found out at the time of pickup the store didn’t have any. After calling customer service I was told there was nothing that could be done and I was receive a refund in 5 to 7 business days. Another store within driving distance had one in stock but I just changing the pickup location is impossible. Incorrect online inventory levels and poor customer resolution practices.

Know the used toner cartridge policies. There is limit 10 ($2 each) at a time and you cannot use those credits until 30 days later - Per store employee phoning prior to coming in with 13 cartridges.
So if your shopping after cannot use the credits.

No ink catridges for printers and no idea when any coming in. Don't list them as available on the website and then don't stock any.

Pricey but has a nice variety of office and school supplies. When you need something specific and don't have time to shop around, this is the place to go. Just be prepared to pay a dollar or so more than if you found the item at Marc's or Walmart. But they always have exactly what I need when I need it. I'm always in and out unless I choose to shop around.

Use them sporadically for printing various items. They are helpful and courteous to my reason for being there.

Staff improperly labeled product. When brought to managers attention and pointed out it was blatently all labeled the same way, manager refused to honor price it was on floor as.

Had the laptop I wanted in stock and at a reasonable price. The staff member I interacted with on the floor and checking out was very courteous and helpful. Would buy computers there again.

Ordered a Notary Public stamp, the male behind the counter didn't ask any questions or take any information on me. He stared at my certificate for 10 minutes, made a copy of it and said I was good to go. He told me to come back in about two weeks. I said "don't you call me when it comes in"? He said he would if I wanted and wrote my number down. A few days later the store called and said I needed to come back because he didn't take the right info. I went back and the female that was there, apologized and said she would put in the correct info. Told me it would be about a week or so and charged me for the stamp. A few days later someone else called me and told me they didn't order the right size stamp, I had to come back in to cancel the first order and place a new order and it's a few extra dollars for the right one. I went back and they asked if I brought my certificate. I told them the first time there was a copy made and they said they couldn't find it and can't do anything without it. I told them it was my third time there and this girl said "my associates are new and won't take notes". She said she even bought them notebooks and they won't use them. I told them to cancel the order, which we did and now I have to wait to make sure the money on my credit card was refunded correctly because I don't trust them to do anything right. Good thing I had some time to get this before my employer needed me to have it. I do not recommend this store for any important purchases.

I went into this store to look into getting booklets made for a business conference and to buy a new laser printer. There was a line at the print center with only one girl in glasses behind the counter there frantically trying to help three or four people at once by herself, so I decided I'd take a look at the printers first.

I decided on an Hewlett-Packard laser model, but it appeared to be out of stock, so I decided I'd simply order it. I looked around for a salesperson, but they all appeared to be chit-chatting up front at the checkout with the older woman, so I went back to the print center thinking I'd just order the printer with my booklets.

This is where I started to get irritated. The poor girl behind the counter at the print center was doing all she could to manage the four or five people in line while paging for help, but no help ever came for this beleaguered woman. The associates at the regular checkout counter were too busy laughing it up and having a good time to come to the print center. After waiting 20 minutes, I gave up and left.

To Diana (Dania? I don't remember the print center girl's name) 's credit, she did greet me when I came in, was friendly, and said she'd help me as soon as she could. I didn't mind her - she seemed to be doing the best she could with no help from the rest of her peers, so it would be nice if this store could get more employees working at the print center (or in printers!) rather then chit-chatting up front at checkout.
