I needed ink for HP printer. Called the store, management had products at the counter when I walked into Office Max and matched price.

BEWARE: Make sure you check online first on their website before going inside store to buy seriously! They tend to up-charge from the price online. I’m NOT talking $1 either. I’m talking $12 and $15 on 2 separate items!

Kerry did an amazing job assisting me! She smiled and took her time with me. My needs were very frustrating even for myself but she was very patient! And never made me feel rushed. She gave me a warm welcome. Very happy with my visit here.

Was at Target looking for ink for my HP printer. Had nothing in stock. When I found an associate to ask about the ink, they told me it was discontinued. I went to Office Max and they greeted me promptly and were friendly and helpful. Had the ink I needed in stock.

Needs improvement: My order was somehow associated with another customer's name; she resides in another state. I could then see her name, address and phone number on the order page.
This is a security compromise. The company should address issues such as these promptly — and provide responsive feedback at least to the customer that took time to report the problem, and probably to both parties.
