You will always feel welcomed and taken care of at OHC. The staff and Dr Herms listen and talk to you and make me feel like I matter. I will continue my care with the OHC Family.

It's been three years since my uterine cancer diagnosis and treatment. I couldn't have asked for better care. Dr. Gubbi is the best!

I always feel I'm receiving the best care possible at OHC. Dr. Drosick takes the time to explain every aspect of your care. He makes sure you're comfortable and a part of the decision making process. He leaves no stone unturned in your treatment.

I have been going to OHC for over a year. I get the best, most competent care and the support team is top notch. I would recommend Dr Gubbi and his team to anyone - they are the best.

It is refreshing to go somewhere and they greet you by name. The nurses are very much engaged with all the patients. I always leave there feeling better than when I walked in.

Had the best and most pleasant experience on the phone with a Krista. She was very efficient and professional. This was my 1st experience with OHC. She is the perfect example of Exemplary Customer Service.
I have a very good feeling after my initial appointment with Dr Drosick. He was very reassuring and he is setting up a plan to fight this breast cancer. We have been struggling with The Christ Hospital system for over 2 years and I am in much worse shape after dealing with their system. I can barely walk and cannot function normally. Thank God for Dr Drosick. Everyone in this office was wonderful. The receptionist and the nurses and the lady who withdrew my blood. Everyone ran so efficiently and appeared to "care" which means so much to someone like me who had almost lost all hope of any recovery. Thank you for restoring our faith and hope.

Dr Herms is a great doctor I highly recommend him. Dr Herms and his staff went beyond what they had to to help my husband.

If you are a patient, STAY AWAY from here. This place treats you horrible. They will forget you are even in the exam room. I waited in only a paper gown for over an hour. Before getting dressed and finding someone. They apologized for forgetting I was even here.
Dr. Bowling is downright rude. She has an attitude. She told me the treatments I had previously (in California) were probably pointless. That I never should have done chemotherapy. She also down played my cancer. I cried at her appointment.
After that appointment, I got an email asking for a review. They had a manager named Stacy called me and told me I could switch to a different doctor and wouldn't have to see Dr. Bowling again. I said I didn't need an appointment until my 6 month check up. And left it at that. Now that I tried to make an appointment at 6 months later, I get told the system wouldn't let them switch and that someone at Eastgate would call me.
I called back today because no one called me. I get told that Stacy put that I came in, and she told me in person that I had to find a new hospital. No? I never came in, and I didn't talk to anyone. So the receptionist transfers me to Stacy, who tells me that Dr. Bowling and the others made a pact that you can't move patients around. I was told I HAD to find another oncologist and oncology hospital.

How do they get away with treating cancer patients like this.

I love Dr Herms! This is a great place all the staff are so kind and helpful. The young nurse that drew my blood today is so good I didn't even feel it! I hope nobody gets cancer but if unfortunately you do I highly recommend ohc!

Horrible place. They don’t call you back. I was supposed to get a call back for my results but 2 times they didn’t call me.

While we have received great care from Dr. Bowling over the last year, the wait here is absolutely absurd. It’s enough to reconsider care here.

Communication is always a struggle and scheduling is a struggle. Always block 2 hours+ even for a follow up appointment. They seem to always be behind schedule — terribly long waits. It’s seems like an OHC problem overall, but especially with Dr. Bowling.

It’s also a very tight place as far as the waiting room.

Dr. Herms listened to my concerns and agreed with me that the potential risks of taking treatment right now outweighed the potential benefits. I was so amazed that he walked into the room for the first time I ever met him, and he had already read through all of my MRIs, blood work, and past doctor's notes. He listened intently to my personal history of asthma and allergies and really helped me understand the whole situation better. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the personal attention that I desperately needed. Thank you, Dr. Herms!
