Standing in line ran smoothly with help from the very competent worker. The woman who took care of us was also very patient and kind as I was with my elderly father

Disappointed in the service from this office. I have gone TWICE to try and get the new compliant license. The first time I was told they couldn't do it because my SS card was laminated. Ok, that was my fault. I laminated it years ago when I was a teenager. So I had a new card issued, fine. Today I go and they tell me they can't accept one of my pieces of mail.the same mail I took the first time. Why couldn't I have been told that the first time instead of wasting my time again? I will NOT be going back to this location.

Terrible.says "Title Services" on the window as to which they DO NOT perform. Dont waste your time. Head to Massillon. People are nicer there too.

Very clean, on top of covid 19, super friendly and helpful, fast and effectively, i live a hour away and seriously thinking of going to this BMV for all my license needs

I like this BMV, not crazy about going, but this is the one I've gone to for several years now. Good customer service and wait is short.

It was a really good experience. The people working were kind and helpful. The office was clean, organized. I appreciated the caution used to serve everyone. Nice job Whipple BMV.

Got in and out quickly since there wasn't a line. Appeared that they had plenty of staff available to wait on patrons. Not the nightmare wait that is shown on T. V. Friendly staff willing to help.

Spoke to a woman at this location on 09/30/19 around 4: 20pm and had an negative experience. Her comments were snarky and unwarranted. Someone with such a rude and condescending tone shouldn’t be working with the public in my opinion.

The best BMV in Stark County. Fast and friendly make it a pleasure to do business here. There is no title service at this location. If you require same-day title work/transfers, etc. Go to the Massillon location. For everything else, go here for the no-hassle and easy access parking this location provides.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Marrisa has to be the pinnacle of worthless customer service ever. I couldn't get a car I just bought registered in my name since the car wasn't physically present.

They wouldn't renew my drivers because my maiden name was on my social when I called 2 other agencies they said they would - for the standard liscense. Will NEVER use them again, had to drive on expired liscense because of this. I repeatedly told the lady I'm 60 years old and have NEVER had this issue, she would NOT help me. ZERO STARS!

Still one of the best BMVs in Ohio.always a friendly and patient staff. Decent parking and easy access.

The only benefit to this office is how quickly they move. Their customer service is sub par. They made an error on my driver's license that I paid for January 2. Today is the 25th and I still don't have it. I called in yesterday and spoke to Marissa who was very rude and unprofessional. I decided to go in today and speak with a manager in person which got me absolutely no where. Tara is the rep that put the incorrect address on my license which resulted in me having to pay an additional $26.00 on top of the $26.00 I paid only 3 Weeks ago. And they refused to used the picture that was taken only 3 Weeks ago so I had to take a new one which I was completely unprepared for. I will not be utilizing the services if this location any more. I will go to 30th Street for future transactions. Reading the reviews here if other patrons it seems that Marissa in particular doesn't have a great reputation as being the friendliest or most efficient at her job.

Man it's the DMV NOT McDonald's who cares how your visit was as long as you got your bidnedbu done yes some people are nich others not so much but I was nice and cool and left it's not like we go thire every day most of us it's only once a year that's it don't let it both you or mess up your mood

This place is great! I mean seriously for a state run business they are friendly, HELPFUL, and courteous.did I mention fast! Boom in out done! Great job!

I have been here about 5 times in the past year. The people have been super friendly, and I have never been in there for more than 10 minutes. By far the most efficient BMV I have been to.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. I called and asked if they accepted a debit gift card as payment fora title, and was told yes they do. However, when I got there I was told that was not accepted as a form of payment in a very disrespectful manner.

Don't understand all these negative comments. Have always been extremely polite with fast and friendly service. Highly recommend this bmv. By far the fastest of them all

It was horrible the way they treated me poorly. It was to the point I had to come back in three occasions. The clerks Karen and Kathy she had brownish black hair with glasses curly hair chubby and the one blonde hair with green glasses both located in the furthest right cubicles. One stated "this one again" very nasty not professional. The one rolled her eyes just very digusted how I was treated today 2: 00 2: 30 3: 00pm.

Had to get an new license with an endorsement. Came in on a Monday at 1125 and was out by 1140. Fastest I've ever been through a BMV.
