Ohio BMV

Was very efficient and friendly experience. The young lady who assisted me helped me last week too. She's the sweetest, even gave me advice on how to fix my very curly haired 7 yr old granddaughters hair. Can't remember her name but she has the most beautiful curly hair.

It were quick and safe to enter the building. Very friendly. Everyone including the customer. Plenty of room. Everyone had the mask on. I were in and out.

Very pleasant staff. Organized. I had about 30 people in front of me, and was still in and out in under an hour. This location is always my preferred location. Outstanding experience.

I gave it 3 stars only because I had to wait 20 people deep in line outside. Other than that everything went great! Quick, efficient and pleasant!

I checked in online and only had to wait a little bit outside before going in. As soon as I got inside and checked in, I was called within a few minutes

The employees are awful. They work at a snails pace, spend customers time yacking to each other while they should be working, I've spoken to 3 ladies within two hours on hold to be put back to the main menu after they've asked me to hold one second. I know the people there can answer my question, if they'd actually take a second to do what they're supposed to. It isn't online.

My experience was great the lady that was helping everyone to get them signed in was very professional very quick she definitely deserves a raise very wonderful personality very good at her job very fast service A.plus service

Granted going to BMV can be a drag. I have been to this one a couple times now. Both times my experience was wonderful. Very efficient despite the crowd. Thanks to a great team.

Don't have a online check in if you won't honor it and have to wait in a line outside without being allowed to complete your online get in line

Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great staff, so so sweet unlike many other locations. Highly recommend even if it’s a 20 minute drive.

I had a very great experience with this BMV! One of your employees was more than helpful. She helped me to finally get my state ID for the first time in 12 years. I will from here on out ALWAYS be doing my business with this BMV! Again thanks to the wonderful lady who made it possible! God Bless You!

I checked in on line but you still have to wait in line. But once you get inside you're ahead of most people in there. The person I got I couldn't understand what she was saying to me because she talked softly in her mask. I has to have her repeat everything she said. She told me my total and I stated that I wanted a 2 year sticker and she rudely told me it was to late she already processed the 1 year sticker. Then she stated I should have said something in the beginning but again I couldn't hear her. I understand that they come across all types of people but I wasn't rude to her.

I love this BMV location. The people are always friendly and fast. It was just a short wait outside then they got me in and registered. They have a good process set up to keep people COVID safe and it doesn’t seem to have affected their efficiency. I will definitely keep making the drive to this location even though there are a few closer locations.

You have to wait outside for a little while they call you into the lobby. Very nice people work there. They work diligently to see customers through as quick as possible. Make it painless as possible.

The woman that was working the front door was Very sweet and quick the rest of the workers were very prompt and was in and out in no time

This is the only BMV in town that I'll go to. They're kind, hardworking, and treat everyone with respect no matter how busy they are.

Not crowded! No appointment necessary. I went in to get plates for my car. I was in and out in 20 minutes. 4: 00 on Friday. Great time to go!

Flatly denied service for no reason. The staff is extremely rude and hostile. The way this place is run is absurd. Avoid it.
