The nastiest personalities. Unprofessional, rude. I watched them being very rude to a elderly man, and laugh when he walked away. They do not know how to talk to customers in a professional manner. Worst place!

The women who work there are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. Every time I go I dread going in there. They need customer relations training.

Most of the employees always seem to be in a bad mood and can be quite rude. Not good customer service at all. Kind of make the customers feel like a burden, even though it’s their job to take care of the customers. Every experience I’ve had here the employees are just nasty.

Been going there for many years and I've never delt with by a more ignorant staff than I did today tried to ask a question and was talked to like I was a child made sure to get loud than turned like a child herself only to make herself look very stupid. I will never deal with that place ever again I will gladly drive out of my way than to ever deal with that again would never recommend that place to no one.

The staff is very rude and don’t know how to operate permits. We brought all documents and still they said no.

Every one there are very nice and they have been working there for a long time it's really nice seeing there familiar faces!

The women were extremely unhelpful and rude. Did not provide explanation or assistance when I was told I brought a wrong document. She turned around in her chair and acted like I was not there. Please go anywhere else to get license/change of address if you can.

This facility has no idea what they are doing. Went in to transfer plates a year ago. It was never done. So this year I find out I have been driving illegally for a year.

Nicest BMV I have been to. Staff is kind and really helpful in giving a fast, simple experience. They will be happy to mail your title after the transfer.

I called to ask about renewing my license from out of state. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. She sent me to the wrong form (BMV 5736) which doesn't even handle renewing driver's licenses. It handles vehicle registration, something that I do not need to change due to the fact that I am a college student and that my vehicle is under my father's name and I am on his insurance. I took my business to the Ohio BMV website and through a live chat, was able to request the correct forms by mail by a much more friendly individual. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again, even when I am in-state.

Been going here for the last 14 years and its great. Freindly staff and short wait times. Anyone writing reviews saying that they are rude must be going in with an attitude themselves. I have been to a lot of different bmv's and this is the best one.

This place is terrible.you never get what you need done and the people are VERY rude and i dont think they truly understand what they are sopose to do.my advice is if you need to go to a DMV just go to the one in salem.the are WAY nicer and help you get everything you need and with a smile.plus its not always crowded with people yelling and stuff there.

Wow! Been coming to this location for many years always excellent customer service, short wait times and the employee's go beyond their way to make sure the experience is painless as possible. I highly recommend this location.

I paid cash for my title and they said it should be back in about a week. I called last week and they said it was not there. I called this week they said it was not there. Called another office they said they could not help me. Called the original office one last time they told me it had been there since April 13th. They are so INCOMPETENT DMV should close this or hire more COMPETENT people.

The blonde hag should retire. She is not helpful in anyway. All she said was WOW b/c I did not respond to her.

DMV do yourself a favor and CLOSE this location.

They were suppose to call us when our title came back, they said they would call us to pick it up or they would mail it to us. We called today and they said it's been sitting there for awhile now. Not happy
