15 Wasted over a week trying to get the website to work to take a temp test.
NO customer service no help at all.

We trust people like this to test our kids ablitly to drive when they cant even make a website that works or answer a phone call.
Always friendly, Always efficient, I’m not originally from here and I can guarantee the BMV where I’m from is a complete mess and total aggravation on every single level and need.
Batavia’s BMV is a true 5 STAR bureau!
I had a really good experience at this site. My drive test went well. My examiner was great, her instructions were clear and she made me feel comfortable the whole time I was driving.
My license process was easy too, people working at this BMV are friendly and easy to talk to. Everything went just well. I’m glad I chose this place for my drive test.
Recently moved here. BMV was the closest to me. I had all the documents required for obtaining a new license, and the process was smooth. Only waited thirty minutes on a busy Saturday and the person who helped me was very nice. Will definitely come back to this location for all of my BMV needs!
This place sucks. I came here looking for assistance when moving to Ohio for the first time. They don’t respect people’s time. Everyone on the tag and title side is rude. They need training.
I have made several attempts to register my car.
This is why people don’t register cars the right way now because NOONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH THIS. Learn how to do your job correctly so the visit can be more efficient. Trust me no one wants to sit in here with you all day with your horrible attitudes. You could at least smile and say your welcome when people say thank you. It’s simple manners. Customer service doesn’t exist in this world its sad.
This was the best BMV experience I ever had. I went on a Wednesday mid day so there was no line. I was in and out in 5 minutes and the employee I worked with couldn’t have been nicer.
This bmv does not deserve single star. Employees are so rude. My husband had been asked by a lady to attend vision test and she rejected rudely and wrote to contact doctor and she did not give other chance also then he had to spend 100 dollors and he did not have any problem. Please be very careful
Horrible location. I came here initially when I moved to Ohio. They weren't very helpful with what documents I needed to get drivers license. Despite having everything i could prove I was a new resident.
Same issue with registering my financed car. They just tell you you don't have all the documents and contact your finance department, but don't guide you to what exactly you need for documents.
They seem annoyed to help people and will talk down to you for asking probing questions.
Save yourself the rudeness and go to the one in Milford. People there are much more willing to help and answer questions.
Everyone i talked too was extremely rude, and would NOT tell me what i needed.when i informed them that i had a loan on my car, i was talked down too and told i needed my original title DESPITE HAVING A LOAN! Do NOT go to this branch!
Honestly everyone was rude and made me feel like i was incompetent.i got talked down to and was given absolutely zero information on what i needed so that i could transfer documents.they are no help whatsoever.just straight disrespectful

Seen my phone on my lap was not on it kicked me out and stopped my test and said i have to come back again wasted a trip from 2 hrs away
I passed the exam 1st time yesterday, Examiner was friendly and nice woman. Always go morning time there. Because there are not a lot of cars or people in the crosswalk in the morning, So you can drive slowly and calm. Sorry about my English and good luck for everyone.
The driving inspector is nice, instructions are clear. The person who helped with license application was very patient and customer friendly. Though, I missed one document, they provided access to tab and took print of the required document themselves, which is awesome. Really appreciate the service.
