Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles reviews
13I find this one to be particularly efficient and focused on business as usual. No muss no fuss. I like that. Very spacious and multi county functionality. Can't get better than that. Thanks
All staff including the title agency were professional and quick. Nehemiah helped me. Thank you!
They were very nice and courteous to me and they helped me pay my fines and get my license back. They helped me a lot.
Don't understand why at the downtown location they don't tell people to get in line while waiting on their number to get called? Didn't have to wait long, which was good.
I was very pleased at the process. Very orderly, well spaced. My visit went way faster than expected.
This was the quickest and easiest transaction I've ever had at a bmv. Everything went smoothly I left with everything I came for and everyone was friendly. This is the location I'll be using next time for sure. Thanks
I visited this place so many times and I was always treated with decency. The only problem is the wait because the wait time is usually long.
Horrible staff. Big banner up saying support our troops! Bullsh*t! They accepted my birth certificate, but would not accept the envelope it came in as proof of address! Duh!
I didn't have a bad experience here. I went to get my driver's license renewed and transferred from Missouri. I checked online prior to see what documents I'd need to prove my identity, got what I needed, and they took care of the rest. It was a bit of a wait, I won't lie. But it's not like I was sitting there for hours; they need to make sure all the information is accurate, after all.
The people weren't rude, and answered all of my questions. The building is in a good, easily accessible location, and parking rates are reasonable.
You won't be in and out in ten minutes, but you won't be there all day either.
This place is horrible.
They have a giant sign that says, "We Support Our Troops, " that couldn't be further from the truth.
I have out of state tags that are expiring at the end of the month. I just payed off my loan. The state I was previously in doesn't issue a copy of the title with the lien. The original title is being processed.
I need a temporary license plate. The only way to get a temp plate is to have a title. I have no title. This is so frustrating.
I had a good experience here and with the title agency. Both on the first floor. Moving from Indiana, they helped me get the car transferred and registered super fast. Oddly at 11am no line.
Called to verify documents at 8: 56am on a non-holiday Tuesday and immediately got a message that said they are open 8am-5pm and to call back at regular business hours. TF does that even mean when they opened 56mins ago!?
Misinformed. Every time we went here we were told something different. They desperately need re-training or something. Plus they make fun of people who call on the phone to double check whats needed.
