Phone stays busy start calling Friday opening hour's to closing and it's Monday and the phone is still busy.
It's Tuesday, 12: 03 pm. I've been trying to call this location since 8 am, and it has continuously rang busy. I'm not wasting anymore time. I'd rather drive to Newark. At least they answer the phone.rude, maybe.but they answer.
Honestly I was impressed. I was in, I was out. The young lady at the desk was very nice to me, however i did notice with other customers if there is even a hint of a problem they are very sharp and robotic with how they treat customers. But thats every BMV
This BMV has the new online system to sign in so I can sign in before I even get there so when i arrive I go to the front of the line it is great
I would like to say that this is the best service I have ever received at the BMV. Having recently had surgery I was unable to walk into the building. They brought the paperwork to me in the car to sign and everything went very smoothly. Great experience!
Funny how well the Government runs things. They are worse than the staff at Mc Donalds at least they pretend to care when I order.
I'm sitting here and see 5 spots open were no one is working or taking people. Just talking amongst themselves in the back room.
Employees standing around. Should have looked at my new license. Since she was the employee standing around. She pick up the wrong date. I had to come back. Get the right plates.
The only place to take exams is at Alum Creek. They are closed on Mondays, but are open on Saturdays. Expect a wait.
Great staff! Wondefrul help. I was able to get my golf cart inspected, titled and tags in 1.5 hours!
The employees literally sit around and watch the line of people waiting get longer. I can’t say I’m surprised though.
Waited 2 hours after taking computer test to get my temps. Employees standing around talking and letting over 200 customers wait. Do not go here to take any drivers test temps or getting license. They do not have a special place for these people to get them and they wait in line for people who do not have what they need and while employees are talking and not doing their jobs.
The worst place to get tags, ID, plates etc. Very slow rude women. I've never had to take an entire morning and part of my afternoon to get tags or an ID.
