19 Just called to see what I would need to bring for license renewal so I would be prepared. I also am unsure what the difference is between the 2 different types of license. The girl who answered phone was rude and had to pry information out of her. Spoke so fast still unsure and she just hung up phone.
I understand she is busy but so am I, trying to avoid waiting and not have what I need. Sure I dont always feel like being pleasant but tables turned I would treat her with respect. Dont work with the public if you cant handle it!
The key to going to any bmv is arriving early, having your documents and being courteous to the employees. I got there at 8: 00 am and was out by 8: 15 am. Thank God!
Only License Bureau I'll go to of east side suburbs of Cleveland. Usually they have the shortest wait times.
This is the place you want to go, very pleasant staff NO ATTITUDES HERE, clean fast and easy in and out
Actually it was kind of pleasant. You check in, they give you a number and you're notified by text of your place in line. To kill time I went to the post office to get the mail from my P. O.box and then to Arby's for a relaxing lunch. When I got the text to return to the lobby I waited maybe 5 min inside before my number was displayed on screen telling me which window to go to. 10 min later I had 3 stickers and a new license on the way. The place was packed too but they had 5 windows open so in total it took about 1 hr from check in to walk out.
It was really great. In and out in no time. Service was really great. But you have to go early, only 6 people ahead of me.
Come on. No one enjoys going to DMV. I will say they are efficient and handle things in a timely manner. Let's face it.they deal with the public all day.that is not easy either. It was not a bad experience.
Very professional in and out service with just a little waiting. But overall pretty quick.
Don't go here. Bill was to be $87 after taxes and fees, was billed for $92. Hour and a half wait, they were letting people come back from hours past to jump back in line in fount of me. This privilege was Not given to me last Friday? Will never return. Hour and a half in line and 20 min at the counter for a sticker.
I guess everybody got the deadline short staffed and it was terrible I was there for one hour and it 17 people before me and I'm at work
Got there at 8am and they were already very busy. I waited and went in to check in. I had no appointment but was done in 40 minutes. The staff did a great job even though there were some real nasty customers, but the staff stayed professional. Remember people, just because someone is working, does not give you the right to speak down to them and use foul language.
I liked the new process of checking in with your cellphone and receiving a text message when it was your time to come into the building.
Great place, and people. The assistant manager that helped me with my issue, was one of the most poised, helpful, and attentive people i ever came across. In and out service.
The folks at Willowick BMV are great. Excellent service all 10+ years I have gone there. In & out usually in 20m. But today, at their worst, 3 hour wait. Still got a gal with patience and humor.
This is the best license bureau around. The staff are all so polite, prompt, and accommodating.
Horrible.worst experience I ever had.staff very disrespectful to guests.staff not helpful in explaining what people needed for the new license.had to go get more in fo 3 times. Will never go to that place again.at least the mentor location was respectful and helpful to people that didn't understand the new system. Willowick unbelievably Horrible.they should be ashamed of how they spoke to the elderly.would u wa t your granma treated that way.they should all be fired and real people hired unacceptable behavior from Peggy and Brittany
Efficient.check in by QR code or inside.they seemed busy, but I only waited in the car for 15 minutes total (in car and in lobby).
As for COVID-19 protocols, they are very thorough. They launched a new system for entry the day I went. Things went smoothly even though I went at a busy time. Waiting for my turn was lengthy once inside but I got inside within 15 minutes. Overall, not a bad experience.
