Terrible, this place was awful, the workers have the worst attitude, the work ethic is terrible. If I could give this place a -5/5 stars I would. They don’t even try to help they just shut you away and give you attitude.
These reviews should be a lot higher. I had nothing but a great experience with the helpful staff. When I did not have my tittle I was told where to get it real quick so that I could come back and get my plates. Thank you staff. Sorry I don't remember you all by name but thanks
Zero stars if I could. Every single person that works here is rude, they act like you should know everything and know what to bring. I had no idea I needed something and said ok I’ll just go get it and come back and as I’m leaving she said to a co worker “seriously”. Totally need new attitudes and workers here. You’re not all that because you work at the bmv get off your high horse
The woman in window 3 with the curly hair was the rudest person I ever met. After making the comment about how she got all the idiots (referring to my niece and I) she decided that my nieces renewal wasn't her problem! We went to another BMV and had zero issues. Niles needs to find better employees who actually enjoy life, not a bunch of Debbie downers that refuse to do their job!
In the past some of the staff were a little 'snotty' lol but today was a wonderful experience it seems like all new staff very friendly and helpful! Thank you to your wonderful staff
I imagine most of these bad reviews are from people that were having bad days or that didnt have there stuff together. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Had about 6 girls working and everyone was friendly.
