7Not very wise customer service choices being made here. My moms on hold, finally gets someone after 20+ minutes only to be told the customers in the store are more important. All she needed to know was how much it would be to get a replacement sticker for my brother out there as we don’t live out there. So she called wadsworth and wadsworth answered her questions immediately. Good job zainsville
I just called in and continuously got put on hold twice. These holds lasted roughly 20 minutes each so when I finally got a representative I said “I’ve been on hold for 20 plus minutes” they told me “they’re working with other customers” to then I which replied “I am a customer” and they literally told me “well the customers in the store are more important” all I needed to know was if you can buy replacement sticker. Very poor service. So I called Wadsworth Ohio bmv and they answered my question in 2 minutes. $6.00 for a replacement sticker thanks for your help zanesville
The people here are ok, but one guy ruined it for everyone. He was so miserable that he lied to us about scheduling appointments just so he didn’t have to see anyone. He was a jerk to us and everyone else in the room. I have never been to a bmv with a worse driving deputy. He only passed the driving test by one point just so he’d never seen me again. And I never did anything wrong on my test.

The service was very good. The lady answered my questions and got me out of there pretty quickly.
If I could give this center 0 stars I would. Completely disrespectful and out of line. The man (supervisor) Hung up on me multiple times. Stated my family member could come same day to get permit and license. Then back tracked and said their schedule was fully booked. I will be calling and filing a complaint with the corporate office. DO NOT TEST HERE.
