13 Self-service e-Check was quick and awesome.
By the time I got home (after 5), the information was uploaded and I could renew my registration without having to enter the check ID
I love the new way they do the e check. You drive it in yourself, step out once for them to plug into the vehicle and back in your car. I hope they keep it like this.much better than it was.
Very easy, very quick. Worker was very nice and pleasant. You just have to get out of your car for a couple of minutes while they hook up their computer to your car's computer. That's it.
I had some problems getting my car pass E-Check. Things were not explain to me correctly, it ended up costing me more money than was necessary if it would have been explained to me properly the first time
Rude, man grabbed into my car without asking for my permission to take my vehicles registration papers as I was double checking I had the right paper first.
Employees at this location are not knowledgeable about who or when an e-check inspection is or isn’t required. They not only waste the consumers valuable time but it is an embarrassment to the bs process of Cuyahoga County.
The place is free now in Cuyahoga County (years ago there was a fee). The staff are efficient and friendly. I am a proponent of clean air. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because e-checks are not required in all states and they are not even required in all counties in Ohio, which is not fair. Why should only some people have to take their car in for an e-check and others in nearby counties simply don't have to.
The staff was okay, fast service, and looked clean from what I saw. Just wish they would move the seat back to where it was!
Never been there before this today was the first time and it's a lot better than the one I used to go to off of 150th
Barely got a chance to sit down and they were done. No big lines on Saturday which was nice. Wish all my experiences with E-Check looked like this.
These tests are worthless. More taxpayer money being wasted. I passed with no muffler. That is ridiculous. Why even waste my time
I had to wait about 10 minutes, at the lunch hour, to get in. The rest of the process took about 10 minutes to complete and get a pass. Overall relatively painless.
All the employees in the building but they are not open to scan cars. Too cold. Government at it's finest.have everyone show up and sit around and get paid
