11Quick, no problems at all. Even had 2 people using 2 bays. Will be back at this location for sure.
It was horrible.the manager there was so unconcerned about what I was going through I failed three echecks and was on my 2nd temp tag.so it was critical I get a waiver.he did not care at all.horrible
I think they need to do away with it if the whole state don't do it why should any one.it hasn't done one thing to the atmosphere.how is it fair for some to take it and not others.eliminate it.so no one has to
Be careful with your personal information papers the manager there likes to give your personal info like your social security number and address to strangers then acts like it's nothing even tried to push you out the door like you did something wrong.dont waste your time filing a complaint nothing is ever done in fact they blow you off. Very unprofessional people that should not be working there handling your info be careful they don't know what their doing.i filed a complaint they contacted me a few times then disappeared and won't answer.and the manager that did this critical mistake that could cause identity theft is still working there wow unbelievable.
I failed my e check and was told if i spend over $300 i could get a waiver. I spent $365 and called the information help line and they told me all i needed was the reciet and the registration and i can get the waiver. When i got there the guy wanted the receipt the failed e check which i couldn't find the registration the business card from the shop a stamp on the receipt with the adress of the shop on it. My advice to you is don't go there if the guy is in a bad mood. I met all the requirements why can't i just get the waiver?
Very informative when it comes to fails. They will honestly tell you what your best options are to handle obtaining 30 day tags to buy you time.
Nice place and the staff are friendly.
Jerry who works there has helped me out on a few occasions
Fast, efficient service with professional associates. Parking lot is a little rough, and the waiting area is a bit dated, but the facility serves it's purpose just fine. We would use this station again if in the area and needed an e-check.
Just another money trap to make you go in there for emissions test I think is ridiculous waste of time waste of taxpayers money
The employees are rude. They act like they are better than you. Avoid this location if possible.
Erie county is exempt why does Lorain County still do it, waste of time, the emissions control stops at the county line wake up Lorain.
