Kiosk Ohio E-Check reviews
14Having to do this as a necessary evil but this location eases the irritation. They are very efficient and professional at this site. Very little wait time if any because of their efficiency ready to take you in and get the test done.
Used self service E check on 2 different cars this week. 5 minutes and done. Every time I have gone there for a few years now it always worked and no wait.
Probably the best organized they've been since E-check started years ago. Very good job to the whole team in Willoughby Ohio.
Piece of cake. Quick, efficient & friendly. From arrival to departure, less than 15 minutes. Thumbs-up.
I've been there 3 different times to try to use the kiosk after hours, & every time it says out of service. Then the last time it let me plug in, then said out of service, so I have to return when they're open, but no clue why.
Was here a year ago and the staff was terribly rude. It was some lady and she talked down to my significant other and I and treated us like we were low income, and slow. If you go here, don't waste your time on the employees, just go to the kiosk right outside if you can.much faster and you don't have to deal with rude employees.
Why on earth would a self service kiosk be closed on the most opportune time to use it? Like every other Gov't based program/entity.useless!
How can anyone like getting an e-check? It would be one star by its very nature but it was fast, friendly and efficient
The outdoor e-check was handy if the hand held devise was working would have made it easier. Older women behind us would never be able to crawl around under the car looking for all the numbers n plugs.
Staff was not very friendly or knowledgeable. The guy I was working with just kept repeating the same thing no matter what I asked him. They insisted that I had my computer reset when I did not and refused to test my vehicle. I had the MAP sensor changed 2 days prior and they just kept telling me that I reset my computer either today or the day before which I did not. All that was done was the MAP sensor was changed and I tried explaining that but they would not listen
The obdii scanner said, "your vehicle is not ready to be tested, please talk to the manager" I did and she questioned if there was work done recently battery disconnected etc, which none had been she than gave me a paper to get a temp tag in order to get the car 'fixed ' these people all together dont have a single IQ point, they are horrible people never go here
I went on Veterans Day and it was closed but there is a self-service station. It’s very easy to use and it’s quick!
I think it's BS. Having to do that.not Everyone is Required to have this done.if you want to, Do it on Cars 10 years old and Older
The women working there were very rude. If you can't talk to people, don't work in a place where you deal with people.
