Ohio E-Check

Usually it's very easy. Today we went to the self service kiosk and it was not a good experience at all. The scanner wouldn't read the VIN number. Then after standing in the cold to follow the rest of the directions and don't manually the system said we had to go to a full service facility. It would have been nice to know that when we entered the VIN number.

In and out fast, the guy on lane 1 was very professional and nice also fun, he made getting an e check positive experience thank you to him, I forgot his name he started out in lane 2 but it broke so he moved to lane 1. He was great

Was able to get a waver finally after spending $524 and the check-engine light is still on! Glad the Manager was able to help me!

They were great! Gas cap wasn't cutting it and they replaced! Tried to tip and refused- bless them! So nice and efficient! Thanks

Heads up, go very slow upon entering! The driveway is full of cracks & potholes. Wouldn’t be surprised if some ppl have gotten flat tires going thru. However, that was the only problem I encountered. The tech guy was very polite. The whole test took under 5 mins, I only had to stand outside of my car for 30 seconds! The tech explained to me that because of covid, we don’t have to sit in a waiting room forever!

Very efficient well managed location with professional and friendly staff. I gave 4/5 due to the entrance and lot conditions.too many potholes

E-Check is a scam run by a company that does meaningless tests on cars to extract taxpayer dollars.

Mgr was extremely helpful. Needed an echeck exemption for a car my daughter uses for college out of state.

Customer Service has definitely improved over the last 2yrs (a MUCH FRIENDLIER STAFF)! Quick in & out in 5 minutes. BUT the entry road/parking lot is POTHOLE HELL! You literally have to go 5 miles an hour and go and swirls and circles swerving around deep craters/potholes if you don't have a front end problem before you enter the hellish road/pavement.you'll definitely have one if you don't dodge every single crater and pothole.

In and out in less than 10min. I wish I would of asked for his name, but the young man that inspected my car was very polite, and actually smiled! Very rare anymore to get excellent customer service!
On a complete different note. I cannot wait until the remaining 6 counties do away with eCheck for good. I hate to see the kind folks lose their jobs, but it's past time to shut it down, and offer training to the employees to move on. Thanks for anyone taking time to read this!

Quick and easy and the gentleman who helped me today was so nice and friendly. The only con was the horrible driveway! They need to fix that!

The self-service kiosk is an excellent feature no waiting in line and being nervous you can repair the vehicle and take it at your convenience to the self-service kiosk. However the people are great here too always nice and friendly

This place gives you a very difficult time when it comes to wearing masks. They force you to wear one even if you stay in your car. This is tyrannical and nonsensical. They made my mother wait outside of the building because they don't think for themselves and just blindly follow rules. If you can go somewhere else for an e check, I would.

Self E-check worked great for me. Just have to dodge the holes in the parking lot but I guess that keeps the speed down in the lot. Safety 3rd!

I'm only giving three stars because I wish they would do something about the entrance. Getting in to get to the testing station is a harsh workout on our vehicles. Many of us don't have off road vehicles and therefore the entrance shouldn't be made for such.on another note the service was very professional and quick. I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle.

The people there were so nice they explained everything to me and they got me in and out in record time very good experience
