Kiosk Ohio E-Check reviews
14Excellent quick and very friendly. For something that seems like a chore, they make it enjoyable.
This was the first time I've ever had to do e-check and I must say the self kiosk was really easy to use. Took about 10mins for my truck.
This place and everyone who works here doesn’t care about the environment and only exist to waste the public’s time how do I know they refused to replace my missing gas cap even though there is a state program to replace caps caps so fuel vapor doesn’t leak into the air. The people working there said they didn’t care about the vapor and said I would have to pay for a test and only if it failed because of the cap would they give me a free one when regardless of the test results there would still be the problem of vapor leaking into the air.
Oh God help us. It was really a stupid experience. They know everything and positively nothing. Thank heavens I no longer work there. It was really a very stupid experience. No rating deserved.
Easy when there is no issues. Drive up scanner tool is the best option. Will probably hate this place if there are issues and check engine lights
Went pretty quick. Wasn't too busy. I didn't try the self check kiosk, so I'm not sure how that works, but they do have one here.
This E-Check location was remarkably busy this visit, compared with 4 years ago, yet my car's test was handled smoothly and politely.
Very convenient and thorough. My favorite echeck. Fast and easy. Drive through, or do it yourself.
Well that was good I was able to get my 2004 Toyota Avalon XLS to pass E-Check on a side note it has 296000 miles on it so I was very happy to get a d check the past and I got plates for it well stickers that is and I'm good for another two years
Quite different now with Covid-19 but I've been there twice this year (For my Dad's car & then mine) and both times were quick & easy. You have to wear a mask, you only get out of your car for a few minutes- stand beside it - when they plug it in. The older gentleman is in good spirits and makes you laugh at least lol.
Usually I'm in and out of here but today they were 45 minutes late opening up their doors, they had a line of cars outside and only opened up one garage.definitely not how I wanted to spend my day off! Got here at 8: 30 and literally did not get out of there until quarter to 10: 00!
Bob was awesome, friendly, good sense of humor and made the experience very pleasant. Also, we have a religious exemption to the mask of the beast, and they gave us no trouble.
What a surprise-two lovely people getting me through quickly but with attentive and warm conversation while the sensors were doing their work for the environment. The human factor was deeply appreciated. Thank you!
Self serve not working properly. When I called to confirm the next day I was treated very rudely on the phone
