Ohio E-Check

Steven was the kindest human being I have ever met. He was very thorough but quick and so kind that it made my whole day. I’d do an echeck every day just to be in his presence again.

Had my car checked, received a notification in the mail. The location I go to is in twinsburg, which is very convenient since I work in twinsburg. The process of checking my car emissions was very quick. I only needed to get out of my car for less than a minute and the other tests were done with me staying in my car. The facility was clean looking and the attendant was nice. I really like the new way of doing the car emissions testing compared to the pre pandemic way it used to be done.

It was awesome and easy. Steven and the staff were courteous, professional and very fast. The downside is that the state needs to pave the lot and driveway. They have holes big enough to swallow safety cones and a car tire.

Very easy to do your own emissions check after hours. Walks you through every step and how to do it.

The employees there are fast and efficient. This is the only place I go for my emissions test. The employee named Stephen really does a good job.

The guy had difficulties walking and put his hand on my car for blanace and left smudges. I personally don't care I was in and out had to step out of my vehicle for a few moments but that was itm got back in sat for a sec and I passed and was back on the road. Whole process maybe took 10 minutes TOPS

How do you rate an eCheck? They're all awful. The experience is awful. It's something the state forces us to do. The folks in twinsburg make the experience palatable. No matter how cold it is or miserable outside they get you in and out very quickly and as pleasantly as possible. I think they want to be there less than you do, but the duration of your trip to the Ohio eCheck in twinsburg is very fast and painless. It's the trip to the DMV afterwards that makes you question whether or not there's a God.

I always use the self-serve kiosk, this way I can go any time of day that it is convenient for me.

When I arrived at a little after 5pm it was not crowded the attendants explained the process and it was quick and efficient.

Went to have the new car E-checked, and found out it didn't have a catalytic converter. As the worker was checking it with a mirror, he was leaning it against my car's paint job, and even decided to leave it on the front of the bumper. Without even testing me, or simply sending me off, they decided to label the test that they never even gave, as tampering. Hope they remove this system shortly, lack of care for the cars they take in to test, and lack of care for the owners.

We always use the self service machine and there set up and location and or lack of over hang makes it almost impossible to read the screen due to sun ligh they really should fix that its been that way for years now and every 2 yrs im hoping its fixed and never is.i cant be the only one that notices this!

Had to use the kiosk because I had my dog in the car. Covid 19 and all. So go by yourself or be prepared to do it at the kiosk

Great experience! Quick and painless. It so happened my car had been e checked remotely sometime in April, probably at a freeway exit, as explained probably looked like a survey truck.

Fast, efficient, friendly, professional and followed the virus protocol. There two cars in front of me but I was on and out in less than 10 minutes. Very pleased.
