He didn’t seem like he wanted to help. He said to try nasal spray. I definitely have a deviated septum and he wants me to try nasal spray because there is a lot of paperwork to go through for surgery! What…. I have insurance and I can’t breathe in my right nostril. He didn’t even explain how surgery could help or not. Just that there was a lot of paperwork! Lol. WTH. He was NOT personable at all. Really bad experience. Oh… and I told him I keep smelling something like smoke and he writes down phantom smell but never explains it and never mentions how to get rid of that!

I had a routine visit for reflux. I felt really comfortable in the office. Dr. Tompkins explained everything and gave me several options for treatment. The staff was also very professional given me recommendations to assist with my treatment.

Showed up 15 mins early, signed in quickly. Receptionists were friendly, personable, and polite. Was called into the back right on time of my scheduled time. All staff I interacted with were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gupta seems very no nonsense, was knowledgeable, professional and troubleshooted some issues I was concerned about. I am very happy I was able to be seen by the staff.

She was very knowledgeable and described what was going on with enough detail to give me a sense of comfort so I understood the plan moving forward.

Arrived early, was seen early. Minimal waiting time.
All staff members I encountered were professional and lovely to deal with.

Dr Goebel treats me for allergies and has always put me on the right path. I'm in great hands with her.

Dr. Tompkins was very kind and transparent, his staff went above and beyond. They all made sure I had a good understanding of what the care plan was, what to expect and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Goebel and her staff are always so friendly & helpful. Their system is great at sending information for medications, appointments and such. The shot room is a wonderful benefit for me with flexible hours and hardly ever a wait for either.

Took his time and answered all of our questions. He was to the point but we didn’t feel rushed.

First time at the office. Everyone friendly and Dr Goebel was attentive, organized and explained everything thoroughly. I’m happy to get my symptoms addressed and a treatment plan.

Both of our girls have had tubes in their ears. Dr. Gupta was their doctor and he is great!
