Dr. Ramsey did a septoplasty on my nose about a year ago, the inside of my nose feels great now. It corrected a lot of my sinus issues this far (the winter will be the true test now that I’m healed). The biggest down fall is my nose has a little different look, there’s a dip in it now.

The doctor was very rude. He spent all of 10 seconds looking at my throat with the scope and seemed irritated that I could not control my gag reflex. He was in the room maybe a total of 2 minutes and didn't take any time to talk to me or ask any questions. I felt very rushed and not valued as a patient or even as a person for that matter.

Had a great experience with Dr. Bogdan and staff. Dr. Bogdan eased my mind, displayed good knowledge, and performed a surgery that led to an easy recovery. Receptionists are nice and responsive. Good practices during covid19. Efficient, trustworthy medical care.

I had doctor smith help me out with a sinus problem no other doctor was able to identify. Went to various places for years because I could never breathe out of one side of my nose. Doctor Smith quickly identified the issue and recommended a sinoplasty. The recovery was quite painful. But for the first time in about ten years I can breathe again with both nostrils.

Dr Ramsey just popped in and told me I didn’t have cancer, and walked out in mid sentence- didn’t even give me the chance to ask any questions. And then I get a bill in the mail, no idea why. Called 4 times, left a message, trying to find out about bill. And they sent it to collections. And collections can’t get a hold of billing either. Same thing happened to my step dad. Still can’t get a call back from billing. I’ve contacted a lawyer.

This is always a very clean & efficient office to visit. Everyone seems to know their individual jobs well & make you feel comfortable & cared for, every time. I love to sit near the aquarium while I wait, making it a very calm, soothing environment. Dr. Ossakow is gentle, kind, & communicates very well to a lay person like me! I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Ramsey is a heck of a guy. Friendly, genuinely concerned for your well-being, and a pleasure to speak with. Between he, and the rest of Ohio Head & Neck's personable staff, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Dr. Smith was amazing with my son, age one at the time. Very informative and answered all questions /concerns I had.

I was referred here by my doctor to try to check and see if there was anything else that could be done to help my sleep apnea besides a cpap machine. I went in and the receptionist had an attitude and I had to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment to actually see Dr. Bruscia. He comes in and talks to me for not even a whole 5 minutes tops. Both the Nurse and Dr.we're in a hurry to get me out so they could go to lunch. He does nothing but looks at my nose and throat with a light and says I have to get a cpap machine regardless. He goes on to tell me that there is no other option and no surgery would help me and I have to get a cpap test done and that a cpap machine is the cure for sleep apnea and he said that as long as I wear it I am cured. Then the Nurse comes in and insists I get my cpap test done at Aultman hospital even though my first was at Mercy which meant that I would have to get the original sleep study done over again at Aultman (which we can not afford). I had to pay $45 we could barely afford just to schedule a test I could have done over the phone for free and not wasted gas. Complete waste of my time. I will not be coming back to this place for any issues like this involving the head and neck. I will just go straight to Cleveland Clinic.

My son sees Dr. Brescha. He is a very friendly and thorough doctor. My son loves going to see him. He put tubes in my son's ears due to fluid build up. My son can hear well now and had minimal pain after his procedure. The office staff are nice and helpful. They offer a discount for same day pay and out of pocket patients. The audiologists are expensive and some things cannot be covered by insurance but they do great work. The office space is clean and up to date. If you have any issues they work with you to resolve them. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office for persons of any age!

Was referred here by my primary care doctor when my son had been having some serious ear issues. The doctor and all the nurses were very nice and polite making it very easy to trust them with my under 1 year old son when he ended up needing surgery.

The doctor was friendly and took his time in patient education. The staff was personable, helpful, and created a positive atmosphere.

I had a pretty good experience here. The staff were friendly, and the wait time was acceptable. I did have a problem where they wanted medical records from the Cleveland Clinic, and had me sign the release form while I as there. I called about a month later and they wrote in my chart that I was going to send in the medical form, which was not true.they were going to send it in. The nurse I spoke to said that I would have to send a new form and have the medical records sent to her attention. When she received them, she did give me a call back. Unfortunately, this facility was unable to help with my as of yet unfixed medical problem. That said, I don't hold that against them.

My doctor, Dr. Bogdan is great! He did my Surgery. I have no complaints the staff is really friendly.

I was a new patient and my appointment was at 10: 15. I was referred because of swollen glands and sinus pressure. I arrived at 10: 05 and had all my necessary cards. I had filled out my pre-visit form earlier online. I left the office at 11: 07. In that 1 hour I was there, I saw the doctor for 5 minutes. If the appointment had gone his way, it would have only been 2 minutes. He looked in my ears and that’s it. What ENT doctor doesn’t look at your nose or throat? He has 6 exam rooms and from what I heard from the people around me, appointment are scheduled on 5 minute intervals. I want to give another star because the staff was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately for this review, that’s not my priority when I go to the doctor.

Last week I had a septoplasty with turbinate reduction performed by Dr. Brescia. He was very personable and took the time to fully explain the procedure and what to expect. The procedure went smoothly and the results are fantastic. I now breathe normally with a heightened sense of smell. Further, I did not have any bruising. I am very pleased and recommend Dr. Brescia very highly.

Needs a service door for the handicap. It's hard to open a door if you are in a wheelchair. Plus their handicap parking spots are way too small for wheelchair accessiblity.

Dr Ramsey is awful and I’m so glad I switched my daughter to Akron children’s. The drs there took action and figured out my daughters adenoids were awful and her ear drum is caved in.dr Ramsey refused to do another ear surgery on her and he never once mentioned her adenoids, even after the many years we have been seeing him for my day. He knew she had mild hearing loss, a hole in her ear, and still continues to get ear infections nonstop, and he basically said nothing and sent us on our way.if you feel your child isn’t being taken care of, definitely take them somewhere else. I’m just sorry I didn’t take my daughter sooner.

Dr. Smith performed a small procedure on my infant son and I must say this physician is by far the best I have been to. I have five children so this is saying a lot. His nurse, chassy really took the time to prepare me for the procedure and reassured me without making me feel like a hassle or inconvenience. Dr. Smith answered all of my questions and was kind and patient. I did not feel pressured to decide one way or the other. It was comforting to know that both the nurses and physicians there are so knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very kind here. We had my sons tongue tie fixed and the doctor was very gentle with him
