ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My doctor referred me to this place because I'm dealing with PTSD, and anxiety and depression.
I called on 2 different occasions when they were open, not a living soul answered the phone. There was a detailed message, including a description of everything is done via Telehealth.
I understand that, but there SHOULD be someone to take the calls for not just me as a first time patient, but others who have questions as well!
How can they claim they're here to help, when they don't even take time to do more personal service?
