Had a truck towed from Kenworth to Peterbilt since Kenworth didn't have the schematics to fix a wiring issue. Went to pick up truck today after being told it was "ready to go". When we got there the whole dash was still tore out. They said their job was to fix the issue behind the dash, not to put the dash together. THAT folks, is what you get with Ohio Peterbilt. "ready to go"

They don't answer the phone they just pick it up and slammed dn.dont answer email they skipped when I cancelled they chg 15 for sm box I had to get past from a real co I ordered and it was shipped before service is.

The absolute worst customer service and experience I have ever had. Started March 19th working with Ashley the salesmen over there and was told he was having a truck built the 26th of March. After 4 months of waiting and a half dozen delays. The truck was supposed to be ready to go or at least that's what I was told by the salesmen when I sent a wire for 159k on August 10th. After approaching 6 months I have paid for the truck and still have not received it. I have re arranged drivers schedules and even drove "to pick it up". When I arrived the stacks were still not on the truck and it was damaged. I ended up talking to the sales manager Drew over there who assured me he would make it right. That was on August 27th and I am yet to receive my truck. Just thought I would warn any other business owners to save you some lawyer fees down the line.

Always buy my parts here, there is very little parking for big trucks but can park your rig out on the service rd if needed

This is Ronald Toews with R&B Express LLC from Grafton ND. I bought a used truck from Ashley. I asked him 3 times if the truck had been smoked in he told me no. That it also had been detailed and this was false. Still the same old sticky bed mattress from the previous owner. Lots of things wrong with the truck. They never run it through there shop when the previous owner bought it to them looks like they just put it on there lot. I would highly recommend don't ever buy a truck from this place. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!

No Driver lounge! Small Waiting area with 5 chairs. Have some place to go. Because it will take all day. Went in to get truck fixed had it entire day. Received the truck at closing on Friday. Made it 30 minutes down road alerts and warning came right back. At 55mph had to take to another Peterbilt shop in Grove City and wait until Monday to be seen. Receptionist was nice.

My heater core went out and I was stuck at the truck stop. Matt in parts was courteous and very helpful. He had my part delivered to me first thing in the morning saved me from losing a load. Great guys. Highly recommend.

Very professional place. They have a 2 hr check in. They get you diagnosed and give you the update. Unfortunately they didn't have the part I needed. They did drive me to the hotel and will be picking me up tomorrow. Very friendly staff.

Zero honesty specially in parts dept. Avoid here if you can. Prices are very high and no respect for the customers.

Great service was seen as soon as I got on the lot, the guys directed me to where the waiting room was, when I got hungry they showed me where the restaurants were and when I needed answers about my truck the told me what was wrong and truthfully what to expect I like that.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Back in September of 18' I left a $4,000.00 deposit with Drew Cheeseman for two Glider kits to be Built. He told me the trucks wouldn't be ready until March or April which was understandable because of high demand. He then passed me on to another sales man, Bryce who handled my account from there. Then everything began to fall apart, because I wanted Detroit Series 60 they had to find another builder. First the trucks got pushed back two months and I was looking at June / July, then the normal guy that did their Detroit builds was to busy to do mine, excuse after excuse. Finally in April they called me and told me they couldn't do the build with their new Detroit builder because he backed out. The worst part of it all was when it came time to refund my deposit, Bryce told me several times that he submitted to his manger, Drew Cheeseman and it should be paid out shortly. Finally after a month I called Drew and asked him what the hell was going on, at this point they had held my $4,000.00 deposit for 8 MONTHS! His reply to me was that he didn't have to refund the money as it was a non refundable deposit, AFTER THEY CANCELLED THE BUILD! He told me that if I called again he was not going to refund my money. I asked to speak to the owner and he refused that as well. Finally two days later a check showed up in the mail from AMG. In my opinion this company is a SCAM, especially when it comes to glider kits, they CAN'T get the job done. Drew was probably one of the most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with and he is the manger. I strongly suggest staying away from this company and if you do decide to deal with them be careful with your deposit.
