19 Due to production delays, the hot tub was about a month later than expected; however, it is amazing and we have enjoyed it every day!
We bought the Envoy, and it is easy to maintain and makes my husband’s arthritis feel so much better. Ryan did a great job with telling us what to do, and everyone there is very helpful. COVID and the supply chain issues make their job more difficult, so please be patient with them!
My husband and I were looking for a specific spa as he is 6’7”. All the spas we were seeing were cramped for him. Then we went to Ohio Pools & Spas. We met with Jim and he showed us a great spa that even had a lounger that would accommodate my husband! Unfortunately because of Covid delays we had to wait months for delivery, but it was well worth it! Zach and the installation crew were fantastic too! We are extremely happy with our spa!
Want to personally thank Cary for all the help in getting my Hot Spring spa configured and stabilized. He made it easy and even FaceTime helped me troubleshoot after a dumb mistake I made. Top notch customer experience.
Also, a year in and needed some servicing. Team came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and offered a simple solution that got us back online that day.
We just bought our third Hot Springs spa from Ohio Pools. One of the reasons we bought was due to the excellent service we get from Ohio Pools & Spas. No spa is perfect, so having OP&S to provide service and advice when needed was key to our decision. Eric, our first tech after installation, did a superb job of training me.
We did not buy our swim spa from Ohio Pools & Spas unfortunately, as the company we did buy from is literally 2 blocks from our house. However we have recently (about 8 months) been using Jim and his team for our chemicals, and the wealth of knowledge they provide. They have taken the time to teach us so much and never once did we feel like a bother or like idiots. Thank you and keep up the great work. We will continue to drive past prior company and travel 20min to Ohio Pools & Spas as you have a customer for life!
This was our first hot tub experience and they walked us through step by step. Excellent customer service and love all the follow up!
Jim is always knowledge, very informative. Can't remember other sales associate but he also was very helpful. The 2 were a wealth of knowledge.

The installers also were very good and did a great job as well…. Used my new spa fir the first time last Evans it was fantastic…. I really love the massaging seat jets!

Outstanding service for Hot Tubs! The Best in the USA! Have had two hot tubs and several replacement covers and it's just great having them to go to when issues arrive especially for service calls!
As new hot tub owners we were extremely surprised how easy the whole process was, from purchasing to delivery and setup. The setup team was so helpful in taking his time and walking us through every step of setup and maintenance. In addition they also give you multiple follow up visits as part of the hot tub purchase to help you learn how to maintain your hot tub. We honestly were blown away at the service and patience that the gentleman had with us and I have already recommended Ohio pools and spa of mayfield to multiple neighbors. Excellent experience!
Although I haven't finalized which Salt Water Hut Tub is going to work best for my purpose. My customer service experience with TIM was so GREAT I do not even desire to comparison shop.
Tim took good care of me for my very 1st test drive of the Spa.
Tim was patient, informative, polite, he satisfied my many questions with ease and flying colors. From what I see Ohio Pools & Spa are fortunate to have such an AMAZING Sales Team Professional.

We had a great experience purchase our hot tub from start to finish. (JIM) is fantastic to deal with and was very knowledgable, I do enjoy our hot tub on a daily basis I wish I bought it sooner, I love it. It's great to relax in.helps with body aches to be able to sit and relax. I would recommend to anyone to get them one.
Looked for a pool installation company for months here in Cleveland. Found Premier, had a conversation with Scott and the rest is pool happiness history. Great work, stuck to timeline and excellent communication. Hire them.
Ohio Pools & Spas was very conscientious in all aspects of buying our first hot tub - a Hot Springs Grande. Of note, the delivery was quick and easy. Once delivered, the tech that arrived to show us how to maintain and use the hot tub was terrific. His name is Dylan and he is very knowledgeable. He answered our many questions and made things simple to understand. He made himself accessible should we have any questions or needs in the future. I appreciate his expertise very much. Overall experience has been great.
Bought a spa from these guys and every part of the process was smooth. No pressure in the store, good info. They recommended a good electrician and delivered on time and with good professionalism. There were several post delivery check ups and everyone was friendly and responsive. The spa is great and I am very happy with my experience.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars was due to the delay on the delivery and a non-follow up on the delay order/ communication.
The timing of things couldn't be worse when asked to write this review. I was happy with the experience overall from a sales perspective, understood that supply chain issues were going to delay things, and was happy with the delivery and install of the tub. Sadly four days later our tub stopped working. A e6 error appeared across the screen on a Saturday and i was met with nothing but voicemails when I called the various contacts and support. Upon reaching out to the salesperson that Monday I was told there was an email address I should be sending my issues to for support that I did not see in my documentation nor hear on any voicemails I left. In my email I cited a breaker issue and was told it would be addressed on Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and the tech shows up, flips a breaker, and then leaves and I get a text saying they will be back on Wednesday. So I've had a tub that's worked for less then 4 of the 8 days I've had it and no one appears to be in any rush. I would be less worked up if this lasted a season. A few months, maybe if it had made it to the first of the three follow up visits I'm supposed to get. I know things can happen but this is not an item from a dollar store so I think I'm being beyond patient when an item of this supposed quality falters so quickly. I can let a fair amount of things slide, and I realize things happen, but given the timing of things this is really off to a bad start and I hope the wrongs can be corrected promptly.
We have had a great experience with Ohio Pools and Spas! The staff that we’ve interacted with have all been friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They also have everything you need for spa upkeep at reasonable prices.
We bought a HotSpring spa about a year ago from the Mayfield Hts.location and are happy with our decision. The sales team were knowledgeable and honest about the nuances of spa ownership. The spa was delivered ahead of schedule, even with delays from the pandemic. During installation and setup, Zakk spent time explaining how to properly maintain and care for the spa.
Our spa had some minor cosmetic damage during shipment, and a warranty claim was submitted and handed promptly. The repairs were made by Ohio Pools and it looks as good as new!
We made one service call since owning our spa, about a month after setup. Phil was on time and provided a ton of useful information - he answered all of my rookie spa owner questions.
One bit of advice for new hot tub owners: get a titration test kit! I have a Taylor K-2005 kit. It’s been invaluable for maintaining balanced water. Ohio Pools sells the Taylor reagents. They will also test your water and give you a detailed report if you bring in a sample.
