1 The stylists do a great job. However, there is an instructor (J?) who has been repeatedly rude. I rarely ever leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this is an unfortunate pattern and I feel terrible for the young people there who are just seeking an education.
Schools of any kind are where professionalism should begin to be modeled and fostered. What does it say to your students when you are rude to them in front of your clients, and rude to the clients themselves? It plants a seed of mistrust from the client to the stylist, which is not good business. As a trade school, you’d think they would want models of good business etiquette. Unfortunately, there have been multiple times I have seen the opposite involving these individuals.
Sending love and light to the instructors who display kindness, and to the students who are doing their best to learn in a toxic environment.
