Ohio State Imaging Outpatient Care New Albany

This is a great option - it’s like urgent care only much faster and with better service. I’ve used it several times since it opened and continue to be impressed!

With all the doctors that I see there at the New Albany practice, OSU, Wexner, I’ve got to say they are some of the best people I have ever met and that goes from the doctors clear down to the staff and nurses and everybody they are very friendly.very helpful. The doctors take time to listen to you they don’t treat you like you’re an assembly line. They take time to hear your concerns they take time to Hear your problems that you have and they tried to answer that if they can. I’ve been going there now for about a year and I am so happy that I did choose this place to go see my dermatologist my autoimmune arthritis, doctor, and lung doctor and the other doctors that I’ve had to see everybody is very friendly everybody listens to you everybody tries to help you and anyway they can I would highly recommend this place for care like I said they take time to listen to what you have to say and they try their best to answer the questions and if need be they do test on you to try to figure out what’s going on? I have had no issues with anybody at this place and I highly recommend them. So enclosing I want to say thank you very much and please keep doing what you’re doing because it is a breath of fresh air for everyone thank you to all the doctors and staff at the OSU Wexner New Albany office

Clinical visit to address possible surgical situation was handled efficiently and satisfactorily.

They went out of their way to help me in a time of pain. They were not only friendly and physically helpful but came at me with a sense of humor that brighten a very gloomy situation.

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The imaging staff were efficient, quick and professional. The establishment was clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing imaging services.

I’ve had such a struggle with my right shoulder and I’ve been in constant pain for years and Dr. Rauck has lifted that pain and I’m on the way to a full recovery. I can not thank everyone who is as involved with my surgery enough. Thanks for saving my arm

All the employees were so kind and caring. They have a cafe inside if you are waiting for someone to get done. The interior of the place is very modern and looks brand new. Definitely recommend OSU imaging if you are able to choose.
