If you're an employee, and give 3 months notice of some time off you need, they'll approve it. However, they'll try to deny your time off when the day comes. If you cannot make it, due to your approved time off, they'll just cut your hours to 8 hours per week.
The person who trains you to deal with homeless people with mental health issues, is the accountant for the company.
