Amazing gem that brews good flavors and superb customer care. Kurt put together a custom tea blend on the spot and took the time to explain best practices so I could get the most health benefits from the tea. He also has some tea candy that is straightup awesome. Great prices. There is an extensive selection of tea pots, tea blends, herbs, and accessories that is global, priced responsibly, and fashion forward. I will be back to shop & shouting to the masses this is a great business. Great Holiday gifts too.

I was happy to find my favorite tea (sticky rice puerh) on their website after my local tea shop stopped carrying it, and they have a selection of lots of other teas that sound just delicious. My order was shipped very quickly!

I've been in the shop a few times now and have always had a very pleasant experience, but after today I wanted to be sure to leave a review! Today I brought in a tea blend that my very picky twin boys are obsessed with that I bought at a shop in the Poconos, specifically geared towards helping with colds. After perusing the site I realized that while Ohio Tea Company has a few teas that are formulated for this reason, none fit the bill and I knew they would not drink them. Kurt went above and beyond and helped me piece together a tea that would be very similar in taste while still helping with colds. I mixed it all together with my trusty sidekicks tonight and all 3 boys gave 2 emphatic thumbs up! Can't thank you guys enough, and am so excited that they're all becoming tea lovers!

I was quite surprised with the Ohio Tea Company. From the moment I walked in, it reminded me of being in a shop in Florida or somewhere. Very nice selection of everything tea related, smells fantastic with all the teas and the girl working was very, very helpful and patient. I'm a coffee drinker and need help with questions about diffusing as well as some tea recommendations. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

My son and I stopped by to get him some tea and a tea set before he headed off to college in a colder state. Had a wonderful experience. Sweet staff and an adorable shop, totally recommend stopping by and wish we had sooner

Great customer service! The tea options are close to limitless and the staff knows every flavor and can tell you what the taste of a blend will be just by smelling the leaves. If you enjoy and appreciate loose-leaf tea and tea accessories you have to stop in. Such a nice experience!
