Only because they try to keep store clean and organized but this visit two employees were to busy talking and ignoring the fact that 3people were waiting to get checked out until someone spoke up

Great experience! Awesome place to stroll around and shop! Lots of random variety and bargain prices! You never know what you will find!

It's a thrift store, no surprise there, but they've actually got some quality clothing items quite frequently. I like this place a lot. A+ in my book. Yes, I have a book.

All day today I have been running into rude people and terrible customer service. My last stop was Ohio Thrift store on S. High St. The cashier Ashley was having issue at her register her line was getting long. She continued to smile and inform everyone in line that she having some issue. She continued to carry on polite conversation until the issue was resolved. Thanks Ashely for being wonderfully you. Just the little things can mean so much to customers.

Prices are really high now! I don't know what happened to them. Their prices are too high for a thrift shop. They have ebay reseller prices.i went there today because my husband wanted to go. (Why I Don't know) He brought a button up short sleeve shirt. ONE shirt for 8.99.outrageous.it wasn't even name brand! The jewelry no longer is a part of the daily discount color tags. They're all white now and when they have half off white tag days jewelry isn't included. Just sadness. I found a thrift shop called volunteers of America they actually have affordable prices and nothing was ridiculously priced and great condition. On a positive note the store was clean and all the employees were very nice and helpful at ohio thrift!

This store treats paying customers like criminals. I have a store on Ebay, so I regularly shop thrift, especially Ohio thrift. I will never be shopping at this store again! At approx. 8 PM this evening I was shopping for my online store, while several employees watched me, hovered around me, followed me, "paroosed". I have never in my life been felt to be a criminal. They have lost my business and everyone I will be telling by word of mouth.

The items aren't too bad, but the prices are sooooooo high for used stuff. The prices remind me of plato closet which I no longer go to because I'll end up paying $15+ for a pair of used jeans. Most of the clothing items I buy, I like to buy them used for work because they're going to get ruined. If I pay $15+ for a pair of used jeans, I might as well go to Walmart and buy new ones. Right? ! Normally I'll walk in, look around for a little while then walk out empty handed because everything is so overly high priced so I end up going to other thrift stores instead to actually purchase what I need ot want.

It's an alright store. The prices have gotten so out of hand though. It's supposed to be a thrift store & I think they forgot that. If you don't know basic prices for things or just don't pay attention, you could definitely pay more than even at an actual store brand new. I've seen it! Then they actually have sale days where everything's 50% off. Well, nope it's not that way anymore! Almost every single thing that a person might go in to find for thier house, is not on sale! Ridiculous! Not sheets, blankets, towels, curtains, rugs, pillows, pictures in frames, or anything else that someone just might need for thier home. That seems so crazy to me! Bc the prices they have on some of the household stuff is really just our there! They have quite a few used blankets & comforters. Alot of them are really out of date or just not in very good condition, but they have these blankets priced so dang high & they don't ever go on sale! I mean there's hardly none that are under $20 & if they are, they're still $16.99. Who wants to pay that for a used blanket? If you're having to go to the thrift store to look for blankets, then you probably really need them but they're just too expensive. They should be thinking about all the people that go to the thrift store bc they may not have the money to go & buy clothes or household items from a retail store. It's USED stuff that they get donated to them! They don't buy it but they sure expect everyone else too! I don't think I'll be going back into this thrift store again. It's too aggravating. It's just sad.

A great way to save money or for those whom are on a budget or may be running short between paydays. For me I recently had to put all my things into storage due to my home selling. With cold weather coming on I find it easier to go out and rebuy things as I need them rather than go to my storage and sort and hunt for them. So with thw weather getting colder I stopped into ohio thieft and bought a nice coat. This way I'm not spending alot of money to rebuy things I already have.

I had gotten an Ohio Thrift Store saying words 90% off but it failed to tell you that it was not at all the stores. So I was very upset that it did not say that on the advertisement. I love it like the store I like the way it's arranged because it has the tags everything is sized and I like that but was very upset that did not tell you that the 90% off was only at one store.

I love the thrift store because I work in manufacturing and warehousing. Every couple of months I need to buy new work clothes. I walked out of there today with four work shirts for under twenty dollars

The whole chain of Ohio thrifts stores have their moments. Lately the people pricing USED items seem to think they are all made of gold. If folks want to pay full retail for items there are plenty of retail outlets around. I seek out thrift stores to find bargains.
