You should remind your employees that they need to call you for approval before getting anything done! We were not aware they did not have the authority to have us work on your trailer. They came in, told us what to do, we found other problems, got their verbal permission to correct and did the job they approved. You apparently did not communicate with them the need for your approval! That's your bad management not ours! We did accommodate you by removing those items and giving you a refund less a fair price for time we spent on your trailer. You need to do a better job managing your employees, that's not our job, we did what we were authorized to do by the people that bought the trailer to us. After our conversation with you we hope you have better relationships with other vendors who can repair these items for you. We would prefer you took your business somewhere else!

Hit a massive pothole on the interstate with my washing trailer causing one of the leaf springs to break. Rick was able to get me in and back on the road in a little over 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be a returning customer.

We had trouble while traveling and Tommy and the rest of the crew here were quick, professional, kind and most importantly honest. We appreciated their ability to fix our trailer, their knowledge, fair prices and their outstanding customer service.

I recently had a trailer custom made for me that the fabricator in FL didn't make to spec. I realized that once it was here so I had to find someone locally that would cut 7" in height off of the gooseneck. I called everyone in a 2 hour drive and no one really wanted to take on the job except for Ohio Trailer. They were about a week out to have room to store it and then it took about a week to make the cuts and my trailer was back home to start my tiny house build on. I must have talked to them 15 times over that 2 weeks to make sure that we were on track and for them to clarify the job and they NEVER made me feel like I was a nuisance. Once they had it finished my truck to haul the trailer back home fell thru. I called to ask if they had suggestions on a company and they said that they would be able to have someone do it the next day. AT 9: 30 then next morning they called me to see if I still needed it hauled as they had a little time and wanted to offer. I can't say enough how great my experience was here and I highly suggest that you go with them if you need anything trailer related.

I guess I should mention the actual work. The welds are super clean and look to be plenty strong enough to hold the weight needed.

Worst place to have your car fixed. My car was there for more than a month and they did nothing to it and even made it worse. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. P
