For over 30 years we have taken our dogs to OVVH would not go anywhere else! Dr. Lutz and her staff are phenomenal!

My wife left a honest review, and because it wasn't what they liked, we got a returned phone call, when we trying to get our dogs yearly shots. I have been taking my dogs n cats to Dr. Lori for over 30 yrs. I trust her with my pets. She keeps up with the latest in medications and pet behavior. Would not go anywhere else!

I have several pets that see Dr Lutz and she is one of the best veterinarians around. She saved my tiny girl, Gigi from an amputation. Highly recommend.

The lady at the front desk is very rude and was not going out of her way to help anyone. She has been disrespectful both times I have been in here. Choose a different vet if you’re looking for friendly staff.

The lady at the front desk that answers the phone, should be more friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my dog’s prescription that needed to be refilled. I called 6 times between them and the company that fills the prescription. I made the mistake of asking for her to reach out to the company to fix the problem, I was told SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME! How freaking rude. I finally got the issue solved from the company that filled the prescription. They even said they would follow up with calling the Vet office. I received my prescription in about 5 days. I really like the Veterinarian, but the lady out front needs to be fired, there was no care given to my dog and she was the one in the end that was effected, and had to go without her medicine.

They were amazing with my 3 dogs. We have a small 6lb dog, a medium 16lbs dog and a large 46lbs dog. All 3 were treated and examined to match their needs.

Staff is friendly and caring. I have 3 dogs one is aging and one has an autoimmune disease. Dr Lutz has been wonderful to work with.

They were not helpful and treated me like I was dumb. They are SOOOOOO snotty and would not help me. If you got money, they would help you.

Have taken multiple pets here for care (3 different cats and 1 dog). Dr. Lutz and her staff are top notch and take the time needed to make sure you understand what is going on with your pets. Highly recommend!
