24Went into surgery today with Dr. Patel staff was very professional and very comforting. Wanting to give a huge thank you to the recovery staff especially Ellie Suzy, she was a huge help and showed all of 45 years experience! Ronnie Larissey, was very professional and enthusiastic, thank you! Also thank you very much to the surgical staff for everything. I highly recommend Dr's West to anyone! Thank you again!
I've came here for years well as I sit in here today because my throat is so sore I can't swallow anything they are sitting here trying to make it seem like I'm in here for pills like no I'm not I just need some antibiotics and I'll be about my day. These nurses in here are a joke one of them came out being very loud as I was in the waiting room talking about another nurse saying she does not give a f. If she leaves at 3. Like really professional.
My husband was admitted several times, and each time we had very very good service, he was treated with respect and compassion.
Took my father in law to the hospital because it was the best thing to do. Came back the next day and said they have not feed him or anything. I tried talking to a nurse and they took ever to get back to me. Said I will wait to get a doctor, it's been more than 2 hours and they haven't brought food or seen the doctor. I told them how much longer and said he will call the doctor and see how long. This is crazy.
