Not only was my wife crying because she was in pain but the woman that was checking us in was rude to us so we walked out no respect at all

Just don't go here if you have a time constraint. I took my wife here as she was in some pain and they made us wait here for like more than 5 hours after checking in. I mean, what is the point of calling it "emergency" care, when you won't be attended for hours? !

Not just us. It is the case for most other people who came to visit here that day. Non-sense!

Incompetent and unhelpful. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Avoid this place if you have an emergency.

I would put a zero out of five if I could. This is the worst place I have ever been to. My sister had to wait a straight five hours before they even started to do anything, always giving her the excuse of looking after other patients. I was even threatened to be thrown out out by security when I went in to help my sister, who was in pain for the extended period of time. After I made a fuss about it and refused to leave, they finally started treating my sister. I spent eight hours total for no reason. Would not recommend anyone ever go there.

I was treated so kindly and professionally here tonight I honestly could not believe the kindness here. I was informed about what was happening and the process went very well given the pain I was in. Thank you so much Dublin and everyone who helped me tonight.

I had my baby at Dublin Methodist and I was so phenomenally taken care off. I will never forget Bailey, Mitzi and Dr Uzze. I literally didn’t even want to leave. The food was great, they were sweet, kind, patient with me, taught me how to swaddle my newborn and genuinely kind and helpful. Such a clean, beautiful facility. Wonderful place to have my first child. Labor and Delivery had such a wonderful team! Thank you so much everyone! Can’t wait to come visit soon!

This is the worst ER I have ever seen, they left me in the room for five hours no one care and then they told you are ok just leave and I have been paying the hospital, doctors, xray.even after one year I still getting bills, I just getting tired from the bills I receive every day, I will never go there no matter how much pain I have.

Worst ER healthcare experience I have ever had. The ER dr was condescending and the most uncompassionate and uncaring man I have ever come across. He refused to prescribe anything for my infection and inflammation while it was getting worse in front of their eyes. They only want your money and will not provide you with the healthcare treatment that you require for your emergency. They are incompetent, do not know the meaning of healthcare and are in the wrong industry. Don’t waste your time and money at this place.

I took my husband here 1/6/2020 and boy will I never take him or myself here again willingly. I don't know if they were just under staff or they just don't care but they definitively need to improve in a lot of areas. The male nurse that took my husband's vitals and information could care less, the triage nurse however was decent that we saw before we got back into the ER. The female nurse that my husband had when we finally did get a bed was decent as well, but other than that it was a horrible experience all around. We had to wait 2 hours in the ER waiting room and then additional hour when we did get a bed back in the ER. While we were in the ER, we were treated like second class citizen because my husband didn't have any health insurance because he started a new job and his health insurance hasn't kicked in yet. So they basically, " treat and street" him as one tv ER doc would say. They wouldn't give him any antibiotics, no steroids meds for a good reason that I can understand, and only gave him two ibuprofen pills for a headache that was starting to affect him while he was laying in the ER bed and a script for tessalon pearls for his deep cough. Nothing for his upper respiratory infection that they diagnose him with, nothing for his nausea and nothing for the sinus pressure that was building in his head. I will say this, they did test him for the flu that he didn't have thank goodness and they did give him a chest x ray to rule out pneumonia which he didn't have either according to them. So they did do some things right but fail in whole lot of other places. So when they have all the intel that they needed, we were pushed out to make room for the poor unfortunate souls that were still waiting in the ER waiting room. So I would say enter at your own risk and have someone with you that can advocate on your behalf, do not walk in there by yourself if you can help it. Thank you for reading this and I hope y'all stay healthy so you don't have to come here.

I went to Dublin Hospital today at 3: 15 p.m. & I had to wait there 3 hours 15 minutes, they told me to wait another 2 1/2 hrs.more, so I left without being seen by a doctor especially when I'm sick for 3 days! There was patients there that was seen just after they walked in, but I have to wait even longer, that's not right in every circumstance!

Everyone from security, to the front desk, to the nurses and doctors were super kind and attentive. Best ER experience I’ve had.

As an internal medicine physician I would tell to my friends and family to AVOID this ER. Truly astonishing that these MD's are allowed to practice medicine when they had GROSS mismanagement of my family member when they visited the ED. I was basically managing their care over the phone while coordinating with the nurse as the MD had LEFT and did not sign them out to the oncoming team so "no doctor knew anything about them. " They got inappropriately scanned (with IV contrast exposure) and inappropriate IV anesthetic/pain medication. Then the physician discharged them with a diagnosis that did not fit ANY of they symptoms they were having. I had to beg them to do an additional study which finally gave us the answer (NO thanks to the MD there). When I asked to speak to a doctor she didn't even come to the room! The nurse had to take our friends phone over to her so I could talk to her (again she didn't even know anything about them as they prior physician had just left with no sign out). And as the phone was handed to her I heard her dictating a note. So she could not come speak with them because she was typing a note which can easily be done after a shift! What disappointing and embarrassing patient care. Thankfully my family member had me to manage their care from states away as they would have ended up very sick from misdiagnosis from these "emergency medicine physicians". We asked for follow up blood work and they REFUSED. After reviewing the labs they sent them home with turns out one of their electrolytes was dangerously low which they NEVER told me about! I feel VERY bad for people unaware of medicine who come here. I can't imaging the gross mismanagement they endure from physicians who do not know how to practice medicine.

Best hospital and best food for maternal care. Had my baby hear and the staff was amazing, we were taken care of phenomenally. The food was shockingly good and plentiful. There were always snacks and they made sure we all ate. My mom even mentioned never seeing a cleaner hospital. We constantly joke that if I ever get pregnant again we are driving the 4 hours back to this hospital. I have been to numerous hospitals over the years and this is the only one I rave about.

Would be zero if that was possible. Misdiagnosed wifes gallbladder failure as constipation (we now know two others that needed IV antibiotics before gallbladder surgery from misdiagnosis here). My son was having breathing trouble they discharged us saying we might want to have him seen at childrens. We get to childrens and they wanted to intabate him and told us we should have been transported. Nurse at childrens sugested we could get an attorney. Third strike, central line catheter in my wife's chest needed redressed. It is a sterile procedure. Doctor takes bandage off with non sterile gloves and no mask. Puts gauze that was sitting on a table over the hole leading to her heart. Housekeeping comes in before it is redressed. She was discharged in the computer before they redressed the line. First nurse brought in some tape and gauze we told them no. She sat with an open line to her heart for over 80 minutes while they looked for the proper kit.

Friendly and professional, overall a very positive experience. The staff and Dr. Jarzabek were great! Highly recommended.
