My entire life in America 03/27/2023 is the fastest ER visit that I ever had. I was checked in at around 12: 39am and I was out by 01: 08am. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst emergency room I’ve ever been to. The nursing staff is very unprofessional and racist and also lied on my chart.

Every time I go there bc the wait is so short it barely exists at all, the dr tells me to go to a real hospital lol this has happened to me 2 times. I won’t b going back. I’ll go to riverside where the care is better anyway.

They said I had lung inflammation and told me to take advil for the pain n sent me home. I went to riverside a month later and they said I had lung inflammation/infection n told me the cause then sent me home w steroids n antibiotics. Needless to say I love riverside. They never let me down. I won’t b returning to this ER and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of it bc they’re bad at their jobs.

My son was not feeling well so he comes in. He had not been to a doctor in yrs, but was feeling really bad, so he went in. Some of the staff were joking and laughing about a guy who got shot and came here instead of going to an emergency room. It was a quiet night, my son was the only one in there at the time, but that kind of talk is incredibly disturbing and really bothered him. People hear what is said, and that is absolutely not appropriate.

We went to the Emergency Room on 5/19/2022. My daughter was having sharp pains in her stomach. We were there for less than an hour. The bill was over 5,000.00 unbelievable. They pushed on her stomach, blood was drawn and an x-ray was taken. This place is money hungry. 2,000.00 dollars for a doctor to push on her stomach and say followup with family doctor. Over 3,000.00 dollars to lay on a bed for less than an hour, get blood drawn, take one x-ray and talk to your nurse. They didn't know what was wrong with her, said to follow w/ family doctor.

My fiance and i have come to this place a handful of times and every time they "never found anything" or "tests came back negative " then we go to another hospital and they end up finding what obetz didn't find. I would only come here if you needed your vitals checked lol.

This place is beyond pathetic. They misdiagnosed me …. Very Unprofessional and rude! All they want is your money! Won’t even call and give you your own test results … they have every excuse in the book … I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here and I even gave them another chance …. Smh

Avoid this emergency room if you have any remotely serious emergency. The wait time is crazy, even if you get in a room quickly they take forever to actually get you any help. The Physician Assistant D Miles was the most rude physician I’ve ever dealt with. AVOID THIS EMERGENCY ROOM!

I had a 44 hour stay waiting for a bee at a hospital to have a MRI. The doctors except for one was rude.

I got there at 6pm finally didn’t go back until bout 7: 15 go back get looked at then back out to lobby told to wait I’m just leaving it’s 9: 28 very unbalanced and not well managed at all. I asked the guy how long he said it’s based off severity well I understand but still we are all here at the emergency urgent care for a reason and there was no urgency what so ever for the patients waiting for hours and having to leave and go else where.

Can I rate this place 0 stars? After a 4 hour wait to see if I had broken ribs. The doctor, (who had been setting at the desk on his phone for well over an hour) The doctor finally came in to tell me the results of my CT scan and walked out. He said, “ everything looks good” So after another 40 minutes I was fed up and walked to the station. The doctor was just chillin watching Tik Tok videos. So, I asked if I had broken, cracked or bruised ribs. He said “ the CT scan looks good. “ Thats not possible Doc, not with the amount of pain I have.
So, after seeing him watching Tik Tok for 40 minutes. I walked out with the I. V. Still in my arm. 4 hours for CT scan results. Then the Doc was just chillin. I will never go to this pit again.

99% of the Dr's are negletful, incompetent overstaffed, lazy and useless. They don't want to be burdened or bothered on their long shifts of online activities from their chairs.

Awful. They could care less about you and how you feel. They're all very snotty, treating everyone that comes in on their worst day like trash.

Outstanding service. My husband was having chest pain and the immediate attention he received was overwhelming. I truly appreciate the outstanding service.

Horrible experience overall, the perceived attitude that we received was so awful. My girlfriend has mental illnesses some of which are hospital abuse related and the disdain they showed for her was unreasonable. They keep throwing old information at her trying to blame her current problems on things she hasn't been doing for longer than symptoms would persist. The male NP we dealt with was very abrasive and rude. Don't go here if you have any anxiety about going to a hospital at all. They don't care enough to care about that here.

Walked with my mom down for her to get an Xray that the upstairs doctors office had put in for on 4/12/22. She should have been taken back for something that would have taken 10 minutes to do but instead we were waiting. When she went up to find out how much longer the wait would be she told my mom "Our patients come first. ", well If the Doctor upstairs in the same building sent her down then she was a patient. Didn't even tell her how long the wait is so won't be going to this ER when the doctor needs tests or xrays done since they don't want to communicate or even treat people as patients instead of coming in from off the street. It's bad a lady who came in AFTER my mom went straight back but we had to wait.

The staff is really sweet but do not come here unless you have 6 hours to spare in the waiting room. When they first open you barely had to wait 30 minutes. They’re not even busy and I’m on hour 4 of waiting.

They were really good about taken care of my needs. Very nice staff. Help me out. I will go there again if needed.
