I had the best emergency care experience of my life recently, and I just have to share it. The nurses were incredibly attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and reassured during a difficult time.

From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warmth and professionalism, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. Throughout my stay, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I received the highest level of care possible.

Their attention to detail and dedication to their work was truly remarkable. I never once felt like just another patient in their care. They treated me like a person, with dignity and respect, and that made all the difference.

I cannot thank these doctor, nurses and staff enough for their exceptional service. They truly represent the very best in nursing care, and I feel lucky to have been under their watchful eye. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and expertise, and I would recommend their care to anyone in need without hesitation.

Never thought I would leave a bad review for a free standing ER. However the interaction I had this morning with the front desk attendant at the ER was beyond confusing.

I think I broke my foot and was coming in for x rays. Before I even walk thru the metal detector the woman working the front desk stopped me and asked if I had a referral. I say no and she in a short and rude manner explains that this an ER. I say “ok I understand that- it’s why I am here to get my foot checked out. I have insurance”. She then explains that it would cost more than an urgent care and urged me to go there instead.

Never been turned away like this and honestly feel bewildered. Shouldn’t have to feel ashamed to use my Medicaid and get a broken bone checked out but this woman made me feel that way and essentially turned me away…

Went in last night and got a room instantly. All staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.hopefully I won’t have to go back for a long time but if I do, I will be going here

I recently moved from the area, but came back to this location (passing several other ER locations along the way) due to previous experiences.

I've come to this location numerous times over the years, whether for my kids, neighbors, friends or myself, each visit has offered the same excellent service; the front desk staff being friendly and efficiently getting us in a room (I've never waited), the nurses quick to triage, attentive and very personable, the doctors being thorough and providing excellent care.

If you are dying, please dig your self a grave before you go to this place. I was here two times once for my fast heart beats second time for food poisining. Both times i was given meds for acid reflux and sent home carelessly. I really want to give this nightmare place a zero star rating or may be a -1 but i don’t have the option to do that, so just don’t even think about coming here.

HORRIBLE PLACE! Do not come here! I promise you it will be worth it to drive somewhere else. Staff is extremely unprofessional. The only nice professional person was the Dr. The staff literally were laughing about how to spell an autoimmune disease I have and left the door open so I could hear everything. The person putting in my IV stabbed me 4 times before getting it in and blamed in on being at the e Powell location? The registration person made me take a picture for my chart as I am sitting there in a gown, sick and not being able to breathe. Then she continues to say “you better make sure you feel better before you get this bill” after she took money for my copay. INCREDIBLY unprofessional and a horrible experience in a scary circumstance when I was very sick.

Horrible experience.went in there because my left ear was clogged and I could not hear. Was brought back into a room immediately and was told my ears were going to be flushed out Nurse spent 25-30 minutes painfully flushing out my ears got basically nothing out and once the doctor came in she scraped out big pieces of wax and I am able to hear in my left ear again. My right ear was still clogged so she put hydrogen peroxide in my ear and let that sit for almost THIRTY minutes. I had to walk out of my room and ask if the doctor was going to come back and when she came back she says “sorry I had to get someone else out of here really quick” when she knew I had been there for almost two hours. I was then told they could not clear anything else out of my right ear and referred me to an ear specialist. Came in with 1 ear I couldn’t hear out of and left with 1 ear I couldn’t hear out of. Horrible experience do not recommend pretty sure they shoved more wax into the back of my ear.

Waiting time is unnecessarily long for blood work even though there are not patients in line

This particular emergency location saved my dads life this past week. My dad went into full cardiac arrest from a sudden heart attack this past Tuesday 10/18. Due to quick actions of the amazing staff working there were able to stabilize my dad so that he could get to the nearest cath lab. My dad was discharge from the hospital 2 days later with minimal, if any heart damage…. Hoping this reaches the staff working there that day because I want them to to know how thankful myself and the rest of my family is for their hard work that day. Forever great full.

Super great place fast friendly quick in-and-out customer service very personable clean not busy I just can't say enough I wish every aspect of my life was like this right along with the great friendly staff I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience and my 11 year old same pleasant experience when he came in for earache

I was in Powell from out of town and needed treatment. The staff was very friendly, caring and did their due diligence with my care

I had a work back injury and it was recommended I go here, and I couldn't believe that I was able to just go right back and get a room! No waiting forever or filling out endless amounts of paperwork. From taking vitals and finding out what I needed, getting a urine sample, x-rays, to getting an anti-inflammatory shot and finding out x-ray results, and urine sample results, all of it done in under an hour! They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and what they would be prescribing me to help my back. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse to the doctor was really great, and if I ever have another emergency need I'll be sure to come back here:) thank you for making something that felt scary and nerve wracking to something that felt manageable and not as horrible to deal with!

Simply put, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING
I'm literally still in my room waiting for my blood work and I couldn't wait until I got home to leave a review. This staff us beyond amazing, Nurse Amanda is hands down the best nurse I've ever had in my 33 years of life. Also Dr Jenkins is so kind and sweet. None of this staff comes off as judgey or rude. You are definitely in the right place when your at this location. Everyone knows what their talking about, you get Fast care, thorough care and a staff that shows they care. What more do you need at an ER

They were all really nice and the place is clean. The good ends there. They bungled the prescription for my daughter. These are not the best doctors available, so skip if at all possible. A week later I called to find out if the culture they took had results and they said "we're pretty busy.check mychart". My kid is too young to have a mychart account. This is an expensive mistake. Go elsewhere.

I have been here twice. Once for a high fever/non intractable headache, another for kidney stones/kidney infection. My nurses were amazing, I wish I had their names. The physicians were just as great. I left feeling much better and settled. No wait to get in. I can’t recommend this ED more. Thank you so much.
