I'd give it a negative 10 all the way around if I could.
Worst hospital I've been transferred to yet.
Some of the nurses were great were as others def weren't.
Got accused that marijuana smoke was coming from my room. Been in bed since I've gotten there.
And to top if of docs didnt know what the hell they were doing and couldn't give a straight answer eventhough they tested me and everything. Covid came negative but yet still treated me for something. The whole vine didnt set right so I checked myself out and am getting a second better opinion.
I advice to make this hospital the last on your list if you can
Shouldn't take an hour for someone to help you to the restroom and docs should be more forth coming in what treatments they are pursuing if any at all.

Ohio Health Mansfield on Glessner Ave.is a disgrace to the medical community. It’s also a disgrace to treat humans without any compassion or honesty. They lie in their medical records and dump patients that won’t have good results. I am outraged by this place. Multiple examples of neglect and lack of concern. Social workers won't do their jobs by appropriately placing people they don't want to treat.

I think it's real convenient this hospital left out parts of conversations in medical records and lied about the rest. The fact that people have to do that at this facility is very telling.

Go to Galion or Avita health care. DON'T GO HERE! Update: A friend of mine went there for migraine treatment, and heard someone over the p.a. Call out a code for a missing body. Yes, that's right, they loose people's remains. My friend left after hearing that.

My son tried to hurt himself, he was taken to this hospital. He had been hospitalized here before for similar issues. The first time he was admitted into youth behavioral health he was released 3 days later in an unprofessional manner where I was put on the spot to take him home when he clearly wasnt ready. We were literally pushed out of this hospital. I was promised resources by their social worker Brennan. That never happened. So no resources no actual help was given. Second time my son ends up in ICU, social worker Brennan denies any wrong doing in regards to resources, starts arguing with me. Weve just been through a traumatic event, any empathy or caring from the social worker, nope, none just condescending behavior and arguments. In fact, the majority of the staff was like that, making a horrible, terrifying event even more stressful for all of us especially my son. Anything done about the previous doctor who released him before without getting him proper help and damn near shoving us out the door? Nope nothing done about that either. Did he get help a second time? NO! Do NOT take your child to these people they are crooks! They cannot help! Because they do not care! Social worker got an attitude when you asked him just to do his job, acted like he couldn't be bothered. Doctor wouldn't reply back to a medication issue. Also their customer service rep doesnt help either! Hes just as crooked as the rest of these people! So that number they like to keep posting for everyone to call that's the customer service rep who doesnt care! Any issue you bring to him he just deflects or ignores. How about you guys actually fix the problems people bring to do instead?

I showed up in horrible pain and was pretty sure my appendix was about to burst and I told them that, they told me it would be a minimum of a 1 hour wait before I could get help I begged to see a doctor they refused and said take a seat. So I left and went to Avita where they immediately took me in and I had surgery to have my appendix removed. Med Central was going to let me die. So sad, Med Central needs new employees and nurses.

The nueroligist nurse there plays a happy face when she talks to you, but doesn't check her facts about your medical before giving you instructions. Ect. Ect.

I was talked into surgery for my leg. My leg has never been right after. It was a simple break. The doctors at the er said it wasn't bad but when he saw it he said.no not him the nurse said it needed surgery now my leg is totally jacked up. I'd jack his face up if i saw him.

Very poor customer service have rude attitudes will not recommand no one to go to this hospital my son have a fever of 103 and we had to sit in waiting room for hours before anyone can see us will not return to this hospital at all

My mother went in for surgery to have an intestinal block removed, after surgery began it was discovered that the blockage wasn’t a small part of the intestine as expected, but the entirety of the large intestine. Despite the complications they were able to perform a successful total colectomy saving my mother’s life.

Great hospital. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking and a huge handicap area that basically puts you in front of the main entrance.

I was having a heart attack and was delay because they want the financial information and intake process. I said I am having a heart attack. The staff person told me I had to get in line and wait for intake. I was close to dying. I called hospital administrator, she took me back, I had a cath 70 minutes later. Had I not called, I would have died in there waiting room. Med central is known for these behaviors.

Go anywhere else. Behavioral health- do not let your loved ones go here, the treatment is terrible, doctors are apathetic and rude. These doctors do more harm than good.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because zero isn't an option, my father died there June 20th of 2018, that being said my father was rushed there by a squad, after arriving he was being treated by the ER doctor. We were told he wasn't gonna make it so we could hurry back and say our goodbyes, except for me, I said a few curse words after being told my dad was gonna die so the ER doctor turns his back on me and walks away and instructs the nurses I'm not allowed back to say goodbye because he said I was to emotional. Now who the hell does he think he is to make that decision, he eventually decided I could go back and say goodbye to my father. I have never been treated so badly In my life and I will be calling my attorney.

My sister was admitted to ICU. I live out of town and couldn't get there to see her right away. The staff all went out of their way to do everything they could to put my mind at ease. They patiently answered all my questions, never made me feel I was calling too much, and even allowed my sister to talk to me on their cell phones whenever I asked, including holding it up to her ear when she was hooked up to a breathing machine, just so I could reassure her. When I did get down to see her, I noticed that they checked frequently to make sure she was comfortable and didn't need anything, never made me feel I was in the way, and even joked with us to brighten the mood. To top it all off, when I asked the valet worker what I owed him, he said, "Not a thing. " From start to finish, a very pleasant experience from a top-notch hospital.

I'll give a 3 because some of the staff was great. My dad has been in and out of this hospital over the years and everytime the care is subpar. Most (not all) of the nurses are lazy and act like they hate their jobs. Each time there is no communication between the staff and family and they mess up my dad's meds everytime. This time, he wasn't given the right meds and we didn't know until the 3rd night he was in, his water was not refreshed at all, he was left to sit in his soiled depends when my mom wasn't there, and if a family member wasn't there to help him eat he didn't eat. I feel as if they are tremendously under staffed. I will say, the social worker who worked with my mom was amazing. With more competition now, I think Ohio Health should probably step up their game.

Amazing. Our daughter has always received the best of care there. One of the things that sticks out in my mind the most had nothing to do with how kind caring and professional they were with her care. It was the ICU nurse I saw with tears in her eyes comforting the wife of a man who died as a result of an accident while on drugs. I only knew about how he died from a conversation with the wife previously in a family room and reading the news. No employed at the hospital revealed anything on other patients. Just to clarify.

When you are on Glessner Ave heading toward the hospital, do yourself a favor & keep going. Continue east to 13 S to 71 North or South and drive to a REAL health system.

After this latest episode I won't be back. Expect to wait for everything. No one responds to call buttons, meds are promised sometime in the undefined future. Food can be ordered in quicker than the dietary department can bring it & it will definately taste better. Every effort is made to make you uncomfortable.

They didn't file for my child to get her social security card and this was back in May when my daughter was born. I am very disappointed with the service there because they should have sent that information to social security I can't even get her birth certificate because they never sent the information to the health department.

The staff on B33B were excellent on every aspect, I offen reflect on there things they have taught me. Dave your the man
