5I had a bad experience with the Laura at the front desk. She’s not friendly.she was rude and didn’t do her work completely!
I wish I had read the reviews. Front staff reported to be rude 100% valid, nurses did not care and would say it wasn't their problem. Just a highly unprofessional office.
Felt like just a number in a factory farm here since Dr Lowe & Dr Rhyan left. And Dr. Moulton was absolutely rude & vile to me during labor. I understand why they have terrible reviews here. It feels like all they see are money signs instead of people.
Save yourself the time and schedule somewhere else the front staff is a nightmare!
Julia Ann Stuart is literally an angel. She gave me my first pap smear and she was so gentle and kind and it made a horrifying experience bearable and I am forever grateful. She let me know what was happening at every step and it makes an uncomfortable environment welcoming when you can tell the person inspecting your body actually cares. Thank you
