Dr. Sutter is the most helpful doctor I've had. He takes his time to ask individualized questions and makes me feel comfortable. I scheduled my appt online and his staff was really helpful with rescheduling by text message. He responds to messages over mychart quickly and thoroughly and sends in prescription almost instantly. I really don't like going to the doctor and I've had too many to count, but I feel like Dr. Sutter is the first one to actually go out of his way to help me. I wish I'd have found him earlier!

This was my first appointment, and scheduling was VERY easy and quick. It was less thana week from my first call to first appointment for a full physical. The staff were kind and efficient, even with the COVID precautions, and ran the office much better than my previous physician's practice. Dr Foley was very patient, spent more than an hour listening to my concerns and talking about treatment options. There was never any rush or feeling of confusion. Their nursing staff were equally attentive and gentle. I'll be staying with this practice after years of hopping doctors, looking for a practice taht didn't treat patients like cattle.

I've only had wonderful experiences at this office. Every time I call to schedule an appointment, they are accommodating and can usually get me in the same day or next. Whenever I send a mychart message, they respond within 24 hours. I have no complaints and would recommend this office to anyone! I see nurse practitioner Eleanor Byrum and hope to never have to change doctors because she's the best.

Sr. Sutter and the staff here are AMAZING! But unless you want to spend a nice payment on a visit (not sick or anything), go elsewhere. This office charges an arm and a leg. Just for a new patient it was 290 without insurance. They overcharge and their manager doesn’t return calls. And they don’t answer anything, then calling their billing is even worse. Too bad dr. Sutter is associated with this practice.

I read some of these reviews and cannot believe it's the same place. My first appointment was scheduled the same day. The entire staff (especially the phlebotomist) were friendly and helpful. Dr. Sutter is wonderful. I have used MyChart several times and always received a timely response. I recently scheduled another same day appointment. I called 8 minutes after opening and it took all of 5 minutes to be scheduled.

Dr. Sutter is awesome! Always really nice and accommodating. The nurses are sweet and extremely helpful. He uses my chart which makes everything quick and accessible off your phone. All in all the clinical side of the office is amazing. My only issue with this office is the front desk staff can be very short rude on the phone. They’ve never taken the time and explained anything about my insurance coverage to me, before or after the appointments.

I've been a patient of Dr. Arcy's for over 10 years. Dr. Arcy quickly rid me of my plantar fasciitis, which I'm most grateful for, among other things. He knows his stuff! I've recently seen Eleanor Byrum a couple times; she's very knowledgable, patient, friendly and answers all of my questions. I'm very grateful my father referred me to their office.

Staff was nice but they did not want to do a walk in blood draw even though it is only 1 minute from my house. Why not?

Dr Sutter is a really great dr! Always willing to listen and doesn't talk down to me like some doctors do. However, getting an appointment here is very difficult. I waited on hold for over 15 minutes before I could even get to someone on the phone and the person I spoke to was very curt and I could tell that she wasn't paying attention because I had to repeat the spelling of my name 3 times!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! When you schedule your visit, the office will seem great but they are so far from it. Dr. David Foley is the WORST doctor I’ve ever had. He is completely in it for the money, his appointments run together because he packs his days to see as many patients as possible. He could care less about his patients and his bedside manner is horrible. They are completely incompetent. I didn’t want to believe the reviews previous posted but they are all true. I wished I would’ve listened because it would have saved me a lot of heartache.
