4AVOID! Great Dr.left. That was the only reason to walk amongst the rude office staff. No help in finding new Dr.
If you are looking for a provider that genuinely cares about your health/well-being and has good customer service, keep on looking. This office is horrible. My doctor left which I was never informed of and they just cancelled my annual physical without telling me. They at least could have transferred it to another doctor, as we all know it takes time to get in for a new appointment. They are treating me like a brand new patient. Meanwhile my sleep medicine has run out of refills and they refuse to refill it prior to an appointment, so I guess I will have plenty of sleepless nights ahead of me while trying to find a new provider. I am completely disgusted with this office and how they conduct themselves.
Very rude scheduling clerk Mecka shouldn’t communicate with patients. Carol is was very helpful leaving the practice wouldn’t recommend. Dr Burkhart was awesome only reason I stayed with the practice now she has left the office.
I haven't had a primary doctor in years. I found Dr. Burkhart through the scheduling department. She was highly recommended, and after being seen by her I see why she was spoken of so highly. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and were very helpful. I would recommend Dr. Burkhart to anyone in need of a medical provider who is nice, listens and is knowledgeable. 5 stars
