5No one answers the phone, no matter the time of day. Front desk staff is rude and nasty.
Very hard to get a hold of someone by phone to reschedule a long awaited appointment that was canceled out of the blue.after waiting for several months.
I'm very frustrated. It has been 2 weeks since I was referred to this group and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. There is no way to talk to an actual person, and they tell you to only leave one message. I ended up calling another urologist place (Central Ohio Urology Group) and got in the next day.
Good luck trying to get someone to answer or return your calls left several messages about my husband getting another apt but no one has returned my calls and it's been weeks
Dr. Jessica Duncan is the most inept, irresponsible, and down right rude doctor I have ever met she is beyond awful.
