The staff nurses and doctor got me diagnosed quickly and efficiently. They were very patient and answered my questions. The Dr explained my diagnosis and even recommended a good pharmacy. Great experience.

Never had a good experience at this place. About a year ago I came in with some pretty severe symptoms, the doctor I saw told me I was just anemic, didn't order any blood work, refused to listen to me when I told her I knew I wasn't anemic as I always take iron supplements becuase I've had problems with it on the past. She basically laughed at me like I was being dramatic. I went to the emergency room. They told me I had mono and hepatitis and couldn't believe that the other doctor hadn't examined me further.
Flash forward a year and my boyfriend is being seen for a cracked rib. They gave him 3 days worth of pain meds and a work note and said if he's not feeling better by the time his work excuse is up to go ahead and call. So we did about a week later when his work insisted he have a note to do light duty. We called and were told that the doctor who had seen him was out of town so he'd have to come back in. We went back in and the first thing the doctor said to him when he walked in the room was "I'm not giving you more pain medication" He tried to explain his issues and she went on to refuse to give him a work note excusing him from heavy duty for more than 2 days. I understand the caution for prescribing pain medication, but to be so disrespectful to a patient as to have that be the first thing said when entering a room is abhorrent. Especially when it is KNOWN and PROVEN through x-rays that his rib is fractured and that's a notoriously painful injury.

Absolutely deplorable. I went in for a simple ear infection- cost $100, then another $100 for ear drops. Okay, no issue. Until the drops didn’t work.

I reached out via phone to get assistance and was told the original doctor wasn’t in so I would have to return to be seen, only to be charged an additional $135 for the same issue that they didn’t properly address the first time, left with 3 prescriptions- one of which was a $300 ear drop that I didn’t fill. Shockingly (sarcasm) the proper antibiotics did the trick. $335 and 2 visits later, I will NEVER utilize this facility again. I’ve only had one other ear infection in my life and the CVS minute clinic properly diagnosed it the first time and for only $20.

I’ve always had wonderful help at this location. I’m not a fan of Grady due to past issues. This has been a very nice and caring urgent care for our whole family

They deserve 0 stars! Went to be seen only for a sinus infection (I’m almost 35 weeks pregnant) looked in my ears never checked for sinus infection. Was told she “didn’t think” I had one. Didn’t check for strep or bronchitis nothing. Told me to keep taking Sudafed which wasn’t helping me. So I came to the ER and it is a sinus infection and now I’m getting some meds

I've been there 2x in past 2 weeks. Best urgent care I've ever been to in my life! They really care about you.listen to all you're concerns! It's very clean.neat.well kept. They make you feel like family.not just another patient!

Was in and out in 30 minutes! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgable! The facility was very clean and organized. I was super impressed and will definetly come back here when I'm sick!

Had a cough that was deep and non productive that I couldn't shake. I'm usually not a fan of urgent care facilities but these folks were great! From check in to the time I left I felt my concerns were heard and evaluated properly. I won't hesitate to go back if I need services in the future.

Ended up needing stitches due to my own stupidity. Staff was extremely polite, didn't make fun of me, and fixed me up pretty quickly. Best experience I've ever had at an urgent care and I've visited many. Good job!

Waste of time! Receptionist and nurse very unfriendly, like they could care less! Doc did not take my medical issue seriously at all! I've gone to other Ohio Health facilities and have never been treated poorly. What a disappointment! I won't go back!

I was NEVER seen. I checked in at 6: 23 pm. I was in the back at 6: 25 pm. Waited til 7: 30 pm. The nurse told me that i can come tomorrow to be seen since the doctor left 15 mins ago and go to Grady or come back tomorrows. I was charged and sent home with stitches still in my face.

I love the staff here. The place is clean and the staff is fantastic. I've been there 3 times and was seen quickly and correctly diagnosed. I've also taken my children there when they were sick. This urgent care was a great addition to Delaware! I have recommended it to quite a few people.

Both my daughter and I received excellent treatment here. Very clean areas, from the waiting room to exam rooms. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I went here coming in a bit skeptical after reading the 1 star reviews. I honestly don't get what they were referring to. The condition was excellent (like new), the wait time was less than 5 minutes, I was out of there in less than 45 minutes and the staff was caring and clearly competent. It felt like a quality ER at the price and convenience of an Urgent Care. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful, caring staff. Really listened to me and I felt I was well taken care of. Beautiful space as well.

The facility was clean and the staff were great. CNP David was great and very attentive, he went over my instructions and answered all of my questions.

For once i have something positive to say about OHIO garbage health. I didn't even realize this was up here i came in and was out under 45 mins. The staff actually didn't have bad additudes either i will be back for quick medical treatment thanks!
