OhioHealth Urgent Care Dublin

I went for a Covid test and because I had a headache and am on blood thinner the Dr wouldn’t do because she said I could have a brain bleed and told me to go to ER! Went to Dublin Hospital and exposed myself to God only knows what and they did the Covid test! Will never refer anyone to the Urgent Care on Hospital Dr!

Standards of care for shortness of breath and chest tightness were not met. We will not make the mistake of going to this location again.

I have been waiting in the car for a Covid test for almost 3 hours. We (6 year old waiting as well) were told an hour and a half ago that we were next. When I called 30 minutes ago to check on the status I was told by the receptionist that this was "urgent care not quick care. " She said I should have gone to a clinic with no wait that they informed me of upon my arrival. I was informed of no such thing.

The staff are very slow. I waited and waited to receive my discharge papers while the staff were all sitting out there talking. I finally asked if I needed to sign something and she pulled the paper out of the printer and handed them to me. I waited forever and all they had to fo was hand me the papers. Completely unnecessary and waste of my time

We had a great experience getting a Covid test there, which puts my mind at ease. My husband stayed in his car and the nurse practitioner came out right away to administer the test. She was very caring and professional. I highly recommend this urgent care office.

I went about a month ago. Got right in. Nurse practitioner saw me. She was quick correct and nice. I had an ear infection. She was right on.the place was clean. Neat. Staff friendly

Laziest least helpful staff I have ever encountered. I’ve been an OH pt for years and couldn’t get a simple test read. Drove to Polaris and it was taken care of without a problem. Dublin Urgent Care gives ohio health a bad name. Will never go back, and by how lazy the staff was, I’m sure they are glad

Excellent experience. Friendly & helpful doctor. I came in on a Sunday night and was in and out and less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Stellar care today by Dr. Maxwell, Shannon, Brooke and intake. They were busy but worked effectively and efficiently to figure out what was wrong and then proceeded with treatment. This is not the first time that I’ve been to this location and I’ve sent a couple of colleagues from work. Positive experiences every time.

Friendly staff, great hours, full service. They were very professional but also caring. I have used them 3 times and found them wonderful each time.

Amazing staff and very friendly! Dr. Van Robertson spent a lot of time advising and addressing all the problems. They conveniently sent the prescription directly to the pharmacy closest to my residence so I wouldn’t have to wait when I went there and it would be ready for pickup upon arrival. Highly recommend this place!

I was treated with respect and in a timely manner. The PA explained everything to me and I will definitely be coming back as a patient!

Lacerated my finger and was in and out in no time. They were very friendly and efficient for a Sunday. I would rate 5/5 but they accidentally swiped my clipboard I brought from work and all the information I had to submit for work.

My family and I have been there several times over the years and have never had a long wait time or an uninterested doctor. We've been treated professionally and have received great and expedient care.

Even when you show up sick and grumpy, you simply must smile because the front office staff are amazing! Plus they get you roomed immediately, and the back office staff are prompt, knowledgeable, compassionate, and very well skilled. Thank you.

Went in on day six of having the flu told the nurse I have a sinus infection and upper respiratory infection, cold sores on my mouth, coughing so hard that was making me have bladder issues. I briefly mentioned I fell earlier that week and was not hurt in the fall and they refused to treat me they wanted me to go to the emergency room and jack up a 1000$ bill. They said I could have bladder issues from the fall. I ask them to do a urine test for a UTI, That’s when they said pick one thing that’s wrong with you we’re not treating everything? Instead of just giving me anabiotic’s and a cough syrup. I ended up walking out and on my way out they said that “I’m refusing treatment “ which they wouldn’t give me any treatment? The weirdest place I’ve ever been to in my life don’t go there they have no business being in the medical field. Oh and by the way I’m in home health for 30 yrs.

All of the staff were very friendly. The Dr I saw was proactive, which I appreciated very much. She listened to me and didn't just brush me off with a measly script and send me on my way.

Have visited twice for different issues. All staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait either time. Definitely recommend using this urgent care.

Two visits one a year past two years. Fast friendly service. Not sure what the other negative reviews circumstances were. I have high expectations and they were met. People need to realize urgent cares can only handle specific cases it's not One stop shop for everything. That being said I was pleased
