The worst urgent care. Please do not go here. We had 2 experiences where urgent care told me and my family to go to emergency care. And at emergency care, they told us urgent care could have taken care off this. Looks like people at urgent care want to clock and complete the day.

The doctor was extremely unprofessional, appalling, and had no customer service whatsoever. Won’t be returning to this location after this past visit. I’ve never had such a negative experience as a patient like this before.

We recently had to take our 2 year old here. We were greeted immediately and brought straight back to a room. The nurses were trying to comfort our 2 YO from the time I walked through the door until we exited. The Billing lady was extremely nice and also tried to interact with our 2 YO to keep him happy while gathering our insurance info. She expedited the process as fast as possible. We waited no more than 3 minutes for the physician on call to come to our room. He was excellent with our child, explaining everything to him in toddler language before proceeding. I was very impressed by every single one of the staff at the urgent care. They called a day later to follow up. While I almost always use our PCP as primary point of care when needed, I would highly recommend New Albany urgent care to anyone needing care when their visit cannot wait until the next day!

Dr Kravitz and the staff at this facility are A+. They are kind, caring, compassionate and quick! I highly recommend!

Facility is clean and staff is very friendly. They seem to be inder staffed ans EXTREMELY SLOW.they werent busy when we sat in the exam room for over an hour.

After waiting for well over an hour, i was told the "provider" would see us next.when i ask what that meant, the woman was extremely cagey about telling me that they DO NOT have any actual doctors here.

My go to urgent care! I’ve gone here several times and am always impressed. The check in is super quick and easy! I’ve waited just a few minutes to see a Dr. & All staff members are polite & professional. My medical needs are addressed and I am out the door quickly. Very clean facility with amazing people & service

My husband and very sick 1.5 yr old went here today when there wasn’t anyone in the waiting room. They waited in the back room for over an hour to be seen. I just don’t understand why it would take so long if there weren’t any other patients waiting. We won’t be going back here in the future.

I would give zero if possible. Tests were ordered to verify if I was given the correct treatment. I was called days later and told that the test either wasn't ordered or was lost by the lab. No one can tell me what really happened and what they can do to remedy the situation. After being worse than when I was seen I was told I was fine but they could resend the test (which will take another 3 days) if I went back.

I went there about 2 months ago. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was in and out much quicker than I expected. Very clean inside also.

Thank you! Good service, the CNP and all staff members were kind and helpful. It’s never fun to be sick, but it’s nice to have care available this close to home. Wait time was reasonable, recieved prompt care.

I walked in and registered immediately. I was in a room and seen within 10 minutes, given two breathing treatments and was on my way out the door in about an hour. Everyone was so kind, thorough, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

CNP instead of doctor took care of patients and the wait was very very long. The medicine that the nurse prescribed for my daughter was not fully working, it even caused her to have itching allergy all over her body, and her coughing got worse after this office visited. Not recommended to anyone, big disappointment.

After I was taken to the back, I waited for a total of an hour and 45 minutes between three quick pop ins. The PA Alicia told me she would send my strep swap in for culture testing and I would be contacted no later than Sunday morning. Well, I was not called (shocking). When I called Monday morning I was told that my cultures were never sent in.interesting way to take care of patients. So instead of going to Urgent Care, who clearly doesn’t follow through for their patients, go to your family doctor.

I had very acute high fever, muscle ache, and severe fatigue. All very typical flu symptoms, but no doctor nor nurse even doubt I had flu, just because I didn’t have other typical symptoms like vomiting or diarrhea. Like seriously? Even an elementary school kid can guess I had flu! You may not get every single symptom, especially depending on what type of flu you have. They didn’t even bother running test for flu. So I went to another urgent care an hour later, and as soon as their nurse hear my symptoms and saw my condition, she said it’s 99% flu. Soon later doctor confirmed that and I got prescribed with tamiflu. The next morning I was feeling much better. Needless to say, tamiflu only works on influenza virus and not other viruses so that means I had flu for sure. I really can’t believe this place’s doctor didn’t even doubt that I may have flu. Flu is going around and they had other flu patients that night, too! I was almost going to spread flu to others if I believed their doctor saying it’s not flu. I will never ever go to this urgent care ever again.

Save your time and go somewhere else. I went twice here and i had to wait for an hour and a half each time. It’s ridiculous.

Kind staff but extremely slow and they don't go in order. If you need anything I recommend going elsewhere

I told them I had flu symptoms. They waited until after they pocketed my copay to tell me they didn’t have flu swabs. Edit: they prescribed me a medication that has dangerous interactions with my home meds, which they verified during my appointment. Very disappointing encounter. Definitely will not be back.

I saw all the one star reviews and now I wish I had skipped altogether. I was seen relatively quickly, however the proposed diagnosis and recommendations were not useful or practical. After speaking with friends who are medical professionals,
they agreed they should have asked more questions before jumping to dire conclusions and CYA. I ended up treated elsewhere. Felt patronized. Waste of time.
I have been to the Polaris location and even taken family to that location with no problem in the past. I will stick to that in the future.

Worse experience ever. 5 min Flu checkup costing $200 or more I was told. This place is a rip-off would not recommend.
