Walked in with my daughter and granddaughter at 8: 32pm. There were two ladies at the desk. One on the right and one on the left. Both ladies looked up at us but no one greeted us or spoke. My daughter tells the lady on the left "my daughter needs to be seen. " The lady ask "who the baby? " My daughter says yes. The lady asked what for and my daughter explained. The lady says oh well, it's after 8: 30 and the system will not allow us to see anyone else because we only have so many appointments for the day and they are all taken. I advised we didn't have an appointment but are a walk-in. The lady says well we can't see you because the system will not allow us to schedule anyone after 8: 30. I'm clueless, I thought you were open until 9pm. The lady said we are but can't check you in after 8: 30 and I don't know why the website says we are open until 9, because we stop taking people at 8: 30. I asked if it was company policy that no one can be seen after 8: 30 and she said yes! No one gave a suggestion as to where we could take my granddaughter to get care. On the way to the car there is a man and women with their child walking up and my daughter and I advised they were not taking anyone because it's after 8: 30, but open until 9. They proceeded to go in anyway. I sat in the car for a moment because I had a feeling that they wouldn't be turned away. After waiting a minute or two I go back in and the family is at the desk. The lady who just turned my granddaughter away was leaning over the shoulder of the women sitting at the desk to the right and says to her "oh, you will have to put them on the schedule for 8: 45, because it's past 8: 30 and wont let you do 8: 30. " I asked why my granddaughter was turned away but the white family wasn't. She said, she has a cut and may need stitches so we are going to see her! I guess all along they had time but only the white family's. I'm aboustley mortified and cannot believe that Ohio Health employes these types of employee's. I am so angry that I was turned away, beacuse my granddaughter who is 22 months old health wasn't important enough beacuse she is black and we arrived two minutes after 8: 30? Not only do I feel its because we're black my daughter feels this way too. Let me mention, I said nothing to my daughter how I felt it was because we are black, but I did let her know they were going to see the white lady. As we pulled off my daughter looks at me and says, mom I feel its because we are black and thats why we were turned away! I may be mistaken but the lady also broke the HIPPA law by releasing medical information about the white lady! I will be writing the BBB and filing a complaint! I'm so hurt and it is devastating because I will never, ever do service with Ohio Health again.

Walked in on a Saturday evening for a non-critical emergency appt. Location and parking was great. Receptionist was very friendly and respectful. The medical assistant and CNP were very personable-I felt confident in their care. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I'd definitely return and recommend this location.

Normally this place is great quick and fast but today, they are dragging their feet. My appointment was at 530 I arrived a little before they had 0 patients in the lobby. One patient exited around 540 I wasn’t pulled back until 6, seen the nurse and now I’m waiting ages for the doctor. The level of speed has died down. The room smells like musty A$$. This will be my last visit to this location. Your staff need to have personal conversations in private, I should not know your employees are lazy and others have to pick up the slack.

Walked in at 8: 23pm and was refused care. I said hours say 9: 00pm. "Sir we have 1 person in back and 1 ahead of you. We open at 9: 00am if you would like to be seen" is what I was told by the receptionist. I guess going to a urgent care facility doesn't mean its urgent. Should be called at our convenience care by Ohio Health hours of operation should be posted as at our convenience also.

The worst urgent care I've had the displeasure of having to enter. God help you if you have anything other than the sniffles because they're incapable of treating anything but.

This place was very dirty, part of the molding along the floor was peeling off and all the medical devices were dusty. The back rooms smelled horrible and all they did was spray Febreeze and it did nothing. The staff wasn’t very friendly and left the front desk unattended a few times while we were in the waiting room. Inside it was hot and for people who are already not feeling very good that wasn’t good at all. The doctor we saw was the nicest of all of them and seemed to really care about our care, however they released us with nothing. No tests, no blood work, and they don’t have the ability to run IV lines for dehydration. I will not be returning here and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had an awful experience at this Urgent Care. I had a scheduled appointment at 1: 15 and was told to show up by 1. I did, and ended up being taken back by 1: 10. I was in for a fever and sore throat and was given a strep test, I was told the test would take 10 minutes, which I received the results in my patient portal after 10 minutes, however it took 40 minutes for anyone to come back and communicate results with me. At this time, a new nurse had come in to tell me my results were negative and tried to give me a covid test, which I refused as I 1 had already taken one, and 2 was showing no other signs of covid. During this hour I was there I still had never seen a doctor. I told the nurse I just would like to go home since I’m my opinion, I wasn’t being treated. Then the nurse practitioner came in. She was very very rude and told me I was free to walk out. I asked her to look at my throat and she did, told me she would prescribe an antibiotic and left. Now 4 days later, I have a full body rash due to the antibiotics, which I have been seen by another doctor who claims I had a viral infection and not a bacterial one, and should have never been placed on antibiotics to begin with. This urgent care does not care about the patients, does not know what they are doing, and treat you like a nuisance when you are there. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This urgent care is very disorganized and over capacity and the employees reflect it. They are rude, and stressed out, and you get very poor service at the end of the day. I I don’t have an issue with any of this waiting a long time, or simple mistakes but I’m not going to be hassled for wanting medication for a visit I pay for, and the unprofessionalism from the workers is completely unacceptable. Me having to jump through 30 hoops because your employees don’t want to communicate with each other? And I take the brunt because they’re mad because they’re understaffed? This is exactly why the medical field gets a bad rep. Go to another location.

For clarification and to hopefully help someone else the front desk at this urgent care will tell you that they will not approve any medical excuse for more than the day of the visit to the urgent care and the day after, and when you get there the PA will tell you they will approve whatever you need and there’s no hard limit in it and they even will do extensions if needed on a case by case basis. It is absolutely not worth your time to go there though because the people who answer the phone will most likely gatekeep you and refer you to the office manager for the request or they might just even take your complaint and not help at all. I suggested that they simply coordinate amongst their ofice about the policy and I was referred to the office managers voicemail so I could firsthand Report. Kind of ridiculous. It’s simple communication. Also I was given a lot of hassle from the PA about getting amoxicillin, and she could have explained herself better, and it’s very difficult to get antibiotic resistance from amoxicillin, my boyfriend was just in the hospital and we discussed this as he was on much higher level antibiotics than this. Also because of all of the hassle from the urgent care clinic I had to call my employer and ask for a sick leave extension, it’s not all the urgent cares fault, but these are simple things that they can work on. Also this place is packed, that’s also why I just don’t want to deal with them anymore, and a lot of places that are busy do a better job, it’s really not difficult. Also your front desk receptionist talk badly about the patients and laugh at them. We hear you. We’re not deaf. Kind of unprofessional.

I was sick back in December, and unfortunately again this week, but both times when I called in, the receptionist has been rude. Speaking to people condescendingly is unnecessary! This time I didn't tolerate the rudeness and will be finding somewhere else regardless of how sick I feel.

I had a 12 o’clock appointment and was seen almost immediately, the entire visit from check in till check out was amazing but the best part by far was my nurse practitioner Jennifer. She was so caring and attentive and was by far the best health care professional I’ve ever met in my life. Thank you so much for what you do Jennifer

I’m currently sitting in this urgent care waiting room listening to one of the receptionists preach about her religion to a very awkward coworker where everyone else in the waiting area can hear. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Haven’t even been seen by an actual care provider yet and this has ruined the entire experience for me.

To said receptionist: if you see Satan in Disney movies, speaking as a Christian myself: you’re insane. Plain and simple. Get a life and learn some professionalism. Your personal beliefs don’t belong in the workplace. You should also know any religious group that tries to police what you watch may be considered a cult. Do you really want that? Or are you content with your crazy? For your sake, I hope not.

They sat there and watched me while I was clearly distressed and never came to front desk to check on me. A bunch of white funny acting white people. I really hate this place
