19Wife found exactly what she was looking for. I did not. Maybe I will check online but the store only had one pair of pants in my range. One pair.
This location in particular is the only Old Navy I've been to with such terrible customer service.
Rude employees. At least say hi to customers when they walk in the store or walk up to the register. False advertising. $12.50 jeans? Why did I pay $31? Will be going to a different location for now on.
The lines were outrageous ly long but moved moderately. My 8 your old son really enjoyed shopping and loved a lot of the styles and he is the pickiest kid I have!
Safety protocols are in order, the employees are very helpful. If you cannot find the size you're looking for they will certainly help you do so. The quality of their products are top of the line.
They closed early for inventory? That is to be done after store hours, not during. At least they braved the long walk to bring us our previously purchased items
Tried to exchange clothes that my daughter received as a Christmas gift. Kaitlin, the cashier, said it was not a problem and prepared the return. After entering my driver's license information a receipt printed and she gave it to me and said my return was denied. The manager, Samantha, was rude and said to call the number on the receipt and that I could no longer be helped in store. Samantha accused me of making too many non-recipted returns like I was trying to do some kind of return fraud. After spending an hour on the phone with customer care, they let me know that Old Navy has a no return/exchange without receipt policy and that's why my return was denied. Why this information wasn't shared in store is unknown. This store is a joke and the manager was so unprofessional.
Samantha, who wore a manager badge, was rude and disrespectful. Old Navy uses a company called retail equation to screen returns and exchanges. My wife was attempting to exchange christmas presents that did not fit my daughter. We were told there is nothing they can do and that we are not able to exchange items. I will never shop at Old Navy again.
Filled out the form on line when I pulled to curbside. Only took a very short time before a very polite staffer brought my order
Due to black Friday and covid, they wouldn't check if my size in flip flops were there. I go wait in line for 15 minutes just to tell me they don't have any in my size. Waist of my time.
This location is much cleaner than others but still same issues with poor customer service issues that are blamed on system limitations.
Issue with redeeming reward. I was sent away with a 'sorry we can't help you here. ' And, 'you'll need to call the credit card company. ' Old Navy credit card company and store did not work cohesively to address my issue.
I placed an online pick up in store order. It was so easy and I didn't have to wait in line. There is a sign to side of th he registers. I didn't have to wait for more than a min to be helped. They just scanned my conformation email and I had my order.
Love their clothes. Great selection. Clearance section very disorganized. Can be hard to find anything.
This trip was good. This time of year things are very busy but I got lucky and was out of there fairly quickly. They were staffed very well with one person at each register.
Great deals, very well organized. Will be back in a few days to finish some Christmas shopping.
Wednesday nights seem to be less busy at this location. Shelves were stocked, everything was hung up; store was clean, organized and not full of people.
Nice experience. They were out of something on the shelf and actually checked in the stockroom and found it for me!
Wasn't terribly busy, I was in and out despite a large amount of shoppers. Found what I as looking for right away, although I was offered assistance from respectful, attentive employees (: relaxed environment, helpful staff, and some awesome new clothes - just what you need!
