Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Springfield OH

Honestly I think all Oliver Gardens have kind of been back sliding over the years including this one. Service was ok but the food had no taste. Barely any sauce and or flavoring on the Shrimp Scampi and there was hardly any dressing on the salad and the bread sticks were hard. Prices are a little high for the quality of food you get. It says all you can eat salad and bread sticks but we never get asked if we want more. Think we'll probably go somewhere else next time we're in town.

I went to celebrate my birthday and was extremely disappointed. My dad and I ordered the steak alfredo and both of our steaks were extremely overdone. We asked for extra sauces and received not even a half of a container, and they were rude about it when I asked. Service was slow and we were hardly waited on at all. The tables around us that were arrived much later were waited on and served far before us. It put quite a damper on my birthday and I will not be returning.

We bad the best waitress our food waa. Great everything was clean the i.including the bathroom. The waitress. Even gave us to go cups for out drinks.whole experience was great!

Great carry out service! Food tasted just as fresh when I got it home than it would have had we dined in.

Disappointed I have had Gastric bypass surgery cant eat much but my boyfriend wanted the endless pasta, the server said I could eat some of his but pay for salad and breadsticks. I ate one small salad, 1 breadstick and 2 ravioli and was done but he was told he would have to pay for another plate. REALLY and we paid your high price for his 2 beers and my 1 wine. Wont be back.

Great service, great food, and nice atmosphere. The portions are wonderful, and you get quite a bit for your second portion when you get the unlimited pasta. Itbwas juice not having to pay extra for meat each time, as we have in the past with the unlimited pasta deal.

I was in Springfield with my husband and we decided on Olive Garden. I did the make your own pasta with spaghetti.four cheese marinara and chicken frittata.yum.the waitress was Taylor and she was terrific. As always the salad and breadstick were good and servings were perfect.

Stuffed ziti with shrimp and scallops was delicious. Great meal during Lent. We'll worth the money. Great job

Service was awesome ️️we were in town for a wholesale show at the fairgrounds and ate her.food was great. I think our servers name was Shawn he was the best️

I haven't been to an establishment of Olive Garden that hasn't met my standards. Solid price, great food, and fun atmosphere.

1 star was too generous but I had to give something for a review. There was a wait so I went to the bar to sit and be served. The bar was only half full and I sat for 5 minutes and was never acknowledged. I walked out and left. As a bartender pretty sure it's your job to work the bar. You didnt even notice that I sat down and walked past me 3 times.

Koko services were great. Really outstanding. However our food took forever and the sauces were gritty and tasted awful. When talking to the manager she got mean with us and went and slammed our dish down. Really unprofessional.

Service was friendly and prompt. It was our 29th anniversary. I am so pleased we chose Olive Garden. We did stop on our way out to tell the employee I thought to be in charge how well our server took care of our needs!

Kimberly was our server and she was great. She was patient with my daughter during ordering. Most servers don't even acknowledge her when we go out to eat. Kimberly made her feel very special. Thanks for your kindness and patience.

Servers were very good and attentive. Food comes out of the kitchen more quickly then I expected due to the crowd. All around wonderful experience. Might become my new lunch stop!

Celebrated our birthdays at Olive Garden. Food and Service were awesome! They even put together a little birthday dessert and a card signed by everyone.

Food is what you would expect for Olive Garden. The staff is always friendly, and the wait is average. I would avoid sitting in the bar area as it is louder and the staff has more tables to look after. If there is a wait then they normally give you half off a glass of wine at the bar. I would highly recommend for dinner.

All you can eat soup and salad was awesome! A little pricey for dinner (I think lunch is more reasonable). Service was great! Even got a salad and soup to go!

Always love Olive Garden. Got take out 8/25/18. Very disappointed. Servings were smaller, no garlic in my dish or my husbands, very little sauce. My salad had huge chucks of lettuce. A very disappointing meal for the price.

We had to wait because there were 9 of us but they were very diligent about getting us a table. Food was excellent along with our servers.
