Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Cincinnati OH

The maître d’ was not only rude but completely clueless as to how to even check someone in. Let alone dumbfounded when asked how long the wait time was. Can’t even properly answer the phone horrible service from the front end of the restaurant

Ice cold room temperature inside and waitress did know basic hospitality. I had to put my coat back on. Sprite drink wasn't carbonated terrible. I still tipped 20% though but I could say more about this horrible experience. It wasn't worth the time.

I sat on hold for 20 minutes trying to place a to-go order. I decided just to go in and eat because I had arrived at the restaurant before anyone could get back on the line. I sat down, ate, and had the MOST AMAZING server, hence the 5 stars. Her name was Ashley J. I overheard her with other tables, as well, and she was just as kind, warm, and welcoming with them!

We were seated quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was a party of 10 with 3 adults and our waitress was polite, observant, clean and efficient and the food was amazing!

As a restaurant reviewer. The star is for the manager giving a gift card for the service that stayed the EXACT same after. We were seated and ordered apps. My first drink came with floating things, sent it back and got a better drink. Ordered apps, no plates no cutlery, no salad. Being empathetic, I asked if the staff is short. After my waiter drops salad and walks off, still no cutlery.manager came n gave gift cards. Now I wouldn't mind all of this if I wasn't looking directly at my waiter chit chat with another server. I been going to that Olive Garden for years but that might was the one of the WORST! Tighten up guys

This place takes very long for carryout but it is totally worth the wait and money. Their food is delicious.thats why they get a five star rating.

Food was great, service was great! Came from out of town and decided to stop at olive garden. Vicki was our server and she was great! I have never had this great of service from olive garden before! Thank you Vicki!

Our server Vicki was the best! She took real good care of us on our daughter's birthday. And the portions were such a good size, we had leftovers the next day! Will definitely be back.

Heather is the bomb! I ordered a catering order and forgot my receipt. She spent two hours trying to send me my receipt after I gave her the wrong email address! Then she called me back to get my correct email. Great customer service

The waitress we had didn't do a very good job she forgot quite a few things we ordered and the food wasn't too tasty this time. My lasagna which I admit I like a little overcooked but what I received was dry overcooked mess. We ordered some FREE samples of wine and she charged us for 7 glasses of wine fortunately the bill was fixed before it was brought to the table. If I decide to go to this location again hopefully our waitress will be a little more attentive

This was an amazing experience food was impeccable Erika, Louisa, and the general manager we’re the friendliest hard working people I will be back I’m impressed

We did not experience any adverse incidents during our visit. I would describe it as satisfactory.

I called the restaurant to make a reservation in the weekend just a few minutes ago.a lady picked up and as I was asking about "reservation", the call just disconnected. I was truly confused so I reached the restaurant again. And when I asked whether I can make a reservation, this lady just shouted at me "WE ARE NOT MAKING RESERVATIONS! " and hung up loudly! Then only I realized she just hung up on me the previous time as well.

This place literally don’t want customers especially minorities. They completely over looked multiple families all of color to seat group if they choice even tho they literally came in the restaurant and requested a table right after my family.
