19I and my friend Ryan had a server name Stacey at the Miller Lane Olive garden who was the best server either one of us has probably ever had in our entire lives not only was it a great dining experience with good food and them accommodating us with a showing up minutes before closing but we had a friendly great personality server who went out of her way to make sure we had a great meal if you go to that location make sure you request Stacy as your server and tip her well as she deserves it. And I just realized while taking photos of the receipt that we were even there a half hour after closing and they were still extremely courteous
Had a wonderful waitresses everything was out on time hot food wonderful service best service I've in a long time and on my birthday
Our server had a real bad attitude and acted like she didn't want to serv us i swear everytime i got to the olive garden its a problem this time it was in dayton ohio and i was with my kids for lunch and the server was rude i had to get the manager she kept messing up orders and when we ask for something it was a problem th8s is so wrong
Absolutely ridiculous! Worst experience of my life! Rude staff. Manager Jeff is no help at all! Waited over an hour when others walk right in and don’t get out on a wait list. Will not spend another dime here! Cooperate will hear from me. Would give. 0 if I could! Madison the hostess was very rude to me and seated several people on front of me.
Stopped in to celebrate my grandsons 2nd birthday! Had a great time, Jordan our waiter s was very cheerful and was quick to help with suggestions and with keeping our salad and breadsticks full (THANK YOU!) FOOD was outstanding!
Be advised about their online waitlist process. You get there and they just add you as you walk in. This happened at another location, too
Quick service and a delicious meal of spaghetti along with a tasty salad and warm bread sticks made for a wonderful meal. Highly recommend this recommend bad know the wait staff is very cordial and quick to wait on you after you are seated and will check on you serveral times to make sure the meal is good and to refill drinks/water. Payment of bill was quick and easy!
We didn't get silverware and the food started getting cold by the time we flagged down our waitress. She was very friendly and apologetic. I had spaghetti with meat sauce. The food was good just got cold because of the silverware issue.
Birthday celebration I had Good food and Good friends. It was wonderful to be able to get out again. LOVED IT.
Way too pricey and food wasn't even that good. Lasagna was dry and center of meatballs cold.
Even though COVID-19 has changed how restaurants now operate, our server was absolutely incredible! And the staff was on point when it came to cleaning tables as well.
I love Olive Garden, especially this location! The friendly helpful staff always compliment the delicious food! It's a great place for a first date, family dinner, birthday gathering.

Great food [depending on whether you're Italian or not. Italian people hate this place] and pretty decent service. Obviously pricey, but that's typical and sort of goes with the whole "fancy" Olive Garden shtick. Chicken and gnocchi is some life-affirming food and restaurant is clean. Recommended!
Just as good as always. We moved back here about a year ago and it's nice that they are only 15-20 minutes away instead of our other house where it was an hour away and lots of traffic.
Got Curbside To Go. Jade was so fantastic and she put my order together perfectly! I had to call back and change something on my order, she ran back to the kitchen to tell them and it was perfect! Thanks Jade for the great service! Thanks Olive Garden for the great food!
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from Meranda, manager on duty. My husband and I went to this restaurant after driving for 8 hours. Was met by 2 young men who were absolutely fantastic! They informed us the wait would be 15 minutes or less, asked us our name and asked us if we would be waiting inside and we told him yes. They sat a few people ahead of us and the it was our turn. They had a walk in and the young man forgot that we were waiting and sat someone else before us. I brought it up, he apologized and said "You should of told me. " They went to finish sitting the other group so both of the young men were gone. A gentleman walks in and asked Meranda if he could sit at the bar, she explained that they were not allowing guests at the bar but she could sit him now. I politely stood up and went to the podium and let her know the situation. She said we have paged everyone that had their name in. I informed her that was not accurate, that we had been waiting, we did not give our number and then the host came back and told her what I was saying was accurate. She was extremely rude and unprofessional at host stand. I let the young man know that I wanted the corporate number or the GM's number and he again apologized. Meranda then came to our table and again tried to say we were to be sat at another table on the other side of the restaurant. She said all my hosts called off and I am trying to manage the entire restaurant and help the new hosts as they are new employees. After her yelling at me in front of other guests, I asked for the general managers number, whom I will be emailing as well. After Meranda left, the table beside me, said he would be calling too as that was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Once Jayden, our waitress came to the table she was wonderful. She asked me how my day was and I explained the situation. She then said "I heard her (Meranda) yelling at you from the back. " She saved an entirely bad situation and was one of the best waitresses I have ever had. I understand the service industry is going through alot but for a manager to test paying guests/ customers this way is unacceptable. I hope that someone will contact me about the situation.
We appreciate the staff for their great service, courtesy and attitudes. After a long hard day of moving we arrived 45 minutes before closing time and was served with smiles. Food was great, hot and fresh!
We went at 4: 30 pm and only had a 5 minute wait so that was nice. However, we never got asked for drink refills until our food was gone and another 15 minutes after that. I bought the all you can eat soup, salad and breadsticks and wanted more breadsticks and soup but it took so long we just asked for the bill. Big waste of money. The other 2 in party liked their food ok but they also wanted drink refills. We got some after we paid I bill so those those were wasted too. Won't go back.
